Porsche Orlando Service Center

I have owned Porsche vehicles since 2007 and this is my 4th or 5th Porsche. Unfortunately, my recent experience at Porsche Orlando was by far the worst service experience I have ever had with any Porsche dealership. Here are the facts: 1) Appointment & Loaner Issues Scheduling an appointment was unnecessarily difficult due to the automated phone system looping endlessly. After finally securing an appointment, I received a cancellation text the next day even though I never canceled. I also specifically requested a loaner vehicle other than a Macan — yet I was still given a Macan. 2) Primary Issue Never Fixed One of the main reasons I drove from Clearwater to Orlando was to have the “Maintenance Required” reminder reset. Lexus confirmed only Porsche can reset this system. This reminder has been on my vehicle for nearly three years — and it was still NOT resolved during this visit. 3) Rear View Mirror Incident While my child removed the paper placed on the rear-view mirror by the service team, the mirror detached. The advisor told me this was “normal because the car is 10 years old” and said they could not reattach it — only replace it at my cost. Completely unacceptable. 4) Missing Window Switch & No Follow-Up I later discovered a window switch/button was missing after being pulled over by a police officer. I contacted the advisor multiple times over several days and received no response. I had to call three separate times to finally get a reply — and even then, no follow-up ever occurred. 5) No Estimates or Documentation Provided I was promised written estimates, pricing, and repair documentation by text/email. I received absolutely nothing. This experience does not reflect Porsche brand standards in any way. The lack of communication, accountability, and professionalism is extremely disappointing for a premium brand dealership. I am posting this review in hopes that dealership management or the General Manager will finally reach out and address this properly.

I was able to get scheduled quickly after my call. Richie met me and went over my concerns upon arrival. I was given a ride to my home to wait. My car was evaluated and video sent on a timely basis by the Technician. The recommendations were clear and presented well. My initial A/C complaint was addressed immediately and future work discussed. I waited while my car was being washed. Overall a very good experience. Service covered under my CPO agreement

Danielle is a phenomenal service advisor at the Porsche Maitland store. She is professional, knowledgeable and very reliable. She communicates every step and keeps you apprised of what is happening with your car. I left my garage door opener in the loaner vehicle and ahe was still there at closing time when I went back to get it. She is always smiling and gracious and exhibits the best attitude and willingness to help. She is an asset to the Porsche store. Also a shout out to Peter. When I arrived a little earlier than promised, Danielle had just stepped away from her desk. Peter knew who I was and greeted me and went to get the loaner vehicle and even left on the a/c in the car because it was hot outside. He and Danielle both went above and beyond to make my service experience exceptional. Thank you!!

The entire experience was painless. I’ve purchased around 20 brand-new cars in my life, and this was by far one of the most transparent, open, and stress-free processes I’ve ever experienced. Cleber did a great job making us feel at home. He was calm, knowledgeable, and very easy to work with. William in Finance was also great. He did not push unnecessary add-ons, but took the time to clearly explain which packages made sense and why. In short: they don’t play games. This is now my go-to dealership, and I can’t wait to come back for my future Porsche 911.

Richie was great at accommodating my needs. He got me set up with a desk/office so I could work while my car was serviced. He got me wrapped up ahead of schedule and gave me a discount. I aman extremely satisfied customer!
