THE WORST customer service as far as their service department!! I dropped my car off last Tuesday 4/14 to get diagnosed. After waiting a whole day I had to call to get an update, mind you I called about 3 times before I got an update. Once I got a call back they said my car would be in for about a week, not a problem. I was told I would be given a loan but at the moment didn't have any but the lady who handles will call me that same day to arrange something. NEVER HEARD FROM THEM. I didn't want to be pushy, but Friday came still without a car (Uber is expensive) I CALLED 3 TIMES NO UPDATE. ( I work so calling more often is a bit hard). Now the last time I called on Friday Stella let me know "she had called me about 2-3 times and the call wasn't going through" So you mean to tell me you couldn't leave a VM, TEXT or even A FREAKIN EMAIL. When my man went to get the loaner car for me since I was working, when he asked why I wasn't contacted she said "she had been calling me ALL DAY but call wasn't going through" So he asked her to call me right in front of him to see if it doesn't ring just like she stated, and of course didn't want to do it so that should tell you a lot. She finally got me a loaner car, after almost 3 days with zero communication unless I call. Now Monday comes around I have yet heard anything about my car, I let the day go by. I called the next day, Tuesday, a week after my car has been there just to see how things are going. The lady who answered let me know my car is going to be ready tomorrow (Wednesday 4/22). It is now Wednesday, my car is suppose to be ready. It is 4pm and I am at working when I remember my car is suppose to ready I should of heard from someone by now, so once again I call and get the update that my car is ready. So now I am sitting here like it is about to be 6 when you guys close and no one was going to inform me my car is ready???? I don't understand their customer service. I work in a dealership as well and know how hectic things can get but to neglect customers like this and seeing the other reviews it is like they are known for this issue. Holler Ford do better with your customer service.

I brought my car in for warranty issues and then I was told I needed thousands of dollars worth of repairs when I asked for pictures or videos of the parts that needed to be replaced I was ignored. My quote was sent to me in an Excel spreadsheet. It was not broken down by hourly labor. It was just one generic charge as the quote for multiple things needing to be fixed supposedly. . I picked up the car. I did not even make it a quarter of a mile down the road before something flew out from underneath of it. I brought it back and they said oh one of the mechanics must’ve left something up in there. A month or so later I was called to ask how everything went and I told the gentleman how horrible everything was and that I feel like I was being taken Advantage of because they knew the car was my son’s and he is a new driver. I was told A manager would be following up with me about all of my concerns and I never heard a word and this was weeks ago. I wouldn’t send my worst enemy to this shop. Horrible customer service through and through and clearly mechanics. I don’t know what they’re doing if they just leave things up inside the car.

Extremely pleased with my Service experience at Holler Ford! Matt was outstanding to work with! Communication was thorough And he provided updates every step of the way for my engine rebuild. The rest of the team are friendly and accommodating. Thanks again guys!

When one calls they talk on the phone as if they are annoyed that they have to do their job. Serious attitude issues. Drop the vehicle off on Friday morning for diagnostic. Saturday 2 hours before they close, I have to chase it down. No calls from service department. The tech, not there, doesn't work on Saturdays. Vehicle will go into sometime the next week. Don't go here. Knew I should have went with a genesis instead from across the street.

Over the past several days, I have been trying to set up a Service appointment online. It lists a category for "Waiting for your Vehicle" but says that there are No Available Times under that category. I even projected an appointment 52 weeks in advance, but still get that "No Available Times" listing. I tried calling...on three occasions...the number listed for Service. In each case, it went to voicemail. In each instance I left a message for a call back. I NEVER got one call back. Today, I called the number to Sales. WOW...surprise...some one answered the phone. When I told him my story about just trying to speak with someone in Service, he said that he would relay my message and promised someone would call back. Still...no call back. I left a detailed text message for my usual Service Advisor pleading for a call back. Still no call back. Six years ago, I left a similar Google review. A disembodied person responded to me stating that a Service Manager would call me. You guessed it...no call. When I went to the dealership, the Service Manager reluctantly listened to me. He began with...I'm not making excuses, but..." And then began to make excuses. Most of my friends with Ford's take their vehicle to Greenway Ford and virtually none of them have experienced anything close to this. And...my wife consistently chides me with...why do you keep putting yourself through this? SHAME on you Peacock. How do you retain customers????
