Car Dr. was a very pleasant experience. I’ve been to other body shops, who take years to get any work done. However, they communicated with me throughout the whole process and helped ease my stress. The staff was very friendly and experienced. I recommend coming here for any of your car needs!

View on GoogleUnfortunately, I’ve just had the most unpleasant experience with this shop. They had my car from 04/07 through 05/21 for minor repairs. Poor communication, unfinished work, ignoring messages and calls for weeks. Spent an outrageous amount of money on Ubers, Lyfts and rentals because the shop owner consistently lied about when my car would be done. They were paid through insurance weeks ago and work estimated through the insurance and their own appraisal was not done. A headlight was not replaced as the daytime running light is not working and was put in the appraisal, a dent he said would be fixed and had been fixed, the hood does not align properly on headlights and the bumper is too not aligned. This has been a traumatic almost 7 week experience. Please, do not take your car to this shop.
