⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had such an amazing experience thanks to Karo Valbuena (car broker) and Jorge Ruiz (salesperson)! They helped me, my boyfriend, and his mom trade in our old cars and get into brand new 2026 Toyota vehicles, and we couldn’t be happier. They took their time with us, answered every question we had, and never made us feel rushed. They really worked hard to find the best solutions for each of us and made sure we all walked out with great deals. Both of them were so kind, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. We truly appreciate the time and effort they put into helping us. I had a great experience working with Carmelo/Carmine in the service department. It took a couple tries to fully diagnose and fix the issue with my car, but he stayed persistent throughout the entire process and truly went above and beyond to help. He kept me updated, was professional, patient, and made sure everything was handled properly. Excellent customer service and I really appreciate all of his help. Thank you again!

Very disappointing experience with the service department. This is now the second time they’ve wasted hours of my time despite having an appointment. Today we came in with an appointment at 12 PM for a windshield seal issue covered under warranty and a bumper quote. We waited almost 3 hours and nothing was fixed. The worst part was the lack of communication. After over an hour of waiting, I texted the service advisor for updates and eventually got ignored completely. Nobody explained the delay or gave any realistic timeline. The first time I came here for a simple oil change and tire rotation, it still took about 2.5 hours with an appointment. Other dealerships manage appointments professionally and communicate with customers. Here, it feels completely disorganized and customers are left waiting with no updates. Extremely frustrating experience.

I would like to express my immense gratitude to a wonderful specialist named Chelsea. She has helped me book service appointments on numerous occasions, always provided the necessary information regarding my vehicle—specifically what work was needed and how much it would cost—and also reached out in advance to let me know when the car was ready for pickup. Thank you so much—you are the best!

This place is mediocre at best. I arrived at the service drive and that’s where the poor service started. There is physically a lot of people working there, but nobody to greet you. You park your car in the service drive, and present yourself to the service advisors like you work for them. The employees relax at their outside desks and have no sense of priority. My car was done with the oil change and rotation, sitting in the service drive, and I watched my service advisors for 10 minutes eating his lunch at his desk as he claimed he was “finishing up my paperwork”. I paid $65 for an oil change and rotation. They then said they wouldn’t do an alignment because it’s not worth it when my tires have 50% life yet after their rotation my car is now pulling. Also said they wouldn’t do it unless I bought tires with them.
