View on GoogleI had my car serviced here for a system update on my BMW M550. Unfortunately, my vehicle was damaged during the service, and the dealership itself documented that the damage was caused by the technician not moving my floor mats out of the way while calibrating the car. At the time, I was told the issue had been repaired and received an apology from the team. However, I later discovered the repair was never actually completed. The trim around my seat/chair area is still completely loose and was clearly not properly fixed. This is extremely disappointing, especially considering the level of care you expect when trusting a dealership with a high-end vehicle. I do want to mention that my service advisor, Brandon, was professional and great to work with throughout the process, but the overall experience with the repair side of the service was a major letdown. Please be careful and thoroughly inspect your vehicle before leaving after service.
