Unfortunately there is no option for 0 stars I recently took my car to this body shop after a minor accident to repair two small dents and some scratches, and my experience was extremely disappointing. First, the repair took more than a month to complete for what should have been relatively minor work. The timeline felt completely unreasonable for the scope of the repair. Second, communication was very poor. As a customer, I expect at least a weekly update on the status of my vehicle, especially when repairs are taking this long. Unfortunately, the only time I received updates was when I personally called and chased them for information. There was also no proactive communication regarding the insurance claim or repair progress, which added unnecessary frustration to the entire process. In my experience dealing with Richard, the interaction was particularly frustrating. I cannot comment on the rest of the team, but the lack of responsiveness and urgency made the overall experience worse. Overall, the shop showed very little concern for customer communication or service quality. If you value timely repairs and regular updates, you may want to consider other options.

What a relief it is to find a body shop which performs high quality repair work. I did a lot of research before choosing a body shop and I can say I am confident I made the right choice. My paint job came out wonderful and I am extremely satisfied. Everyone in the office was very pleasant, professional and respectful from Brian the manager to the lady at the front desk.

He quickly assessed the damage and offered me a ride back to work. My truck is essential for work and travel...Brian totally understood and kept me in the loop with the repair. It was even done ahead of schedule and to perfection. The icing on the top was how clean my truck was returned to me. I left it pretty nice, but they went above and beyond with interior cleaning. It was immaculate! Please Thank Your Detailer, and Thank You. These were minor repairs, but required removing the bumper, grill, etc...
