I responded to a promotion for the "Get in, get out, get back to your life" oil change for $79.95.. I had an appointment for 8am. I got there about 7:30. After waiting till they started checking in, I went to the waiting area. A bit after that, Chris spoke to me to confirm the service and I was advised that I would be contacted when it was done. So I returned to the waiting area. At about 11am I was contacted by sales asking if I would like to hear an offer to buy back my car and purchase a new one. I told them that I was in a hurry and needed to get going as soon as service was complete. I was told we could talk while it was being done. So I walked over to the desk for my appointment where I was told to come back when my car was done. At 11:52 I got a message from Chris that my car was almost done and recommended a bunch of additional service. I responded "no" for the additional service because I had to get ro work. At 12:58 I texted Chris "Any update?" He texted back "It will be finished shortly." At 1:30 Chris texted that it was done. 5 and a half hours for an oil change! When I got to the cashier I was informed that my $80 oil change would be $100! I asked why it was $100, it was supposed to be $80. She said "tax." Since when is tax 25%? Needless to say I will not be back.

The Customer Service Rep. name Darlene exhibited PLATINUM, DIAMOND, and 5⭐️ Service. Hyundai, she REALLY represented your brand with EXCELLENCE! Customer Serv. of THIS magnitude in today's society is RARE. Please acknowledge her efforts by rewarding her or SOMETHING!🙂👍🏽🏆🏅

One of the worst dealership experiences I’ve ever had. I came in with a scheduled appointment for a basic oil change on a vehicle that is less than four years old, and I still ended up waiting almost three to four hours. The dealership was not overcrowded and was not even accepting walk-ins, which makes this delay completely unacceptable. This level of inefficiency clearly points to poor management and a lack of organization. If the shop does not have enough staff or equipment, customers should be called ahead of time to reschedule instead of being forced to waste half a day waiting. To be clear, this is not the technicians’ fault, it is a management issue. A dealership should have at least one technician dedicated to basic services such as oil changes and tires, and taking nearly four hours for such a simple service is unreasonable by any standard. Although the facility offers several amenities, it is well cleaned and appears comfortable at first glance, the environment is actually very uncomfortable due to constant noise and lack of control. At random moments, salespeople in the showroom and sales area were loudly shouting for no clear reason, even though service customers had nothing to do with sales, which felt disrespectful and inappropriate. The waiting area experience only made things worse, with extremely slow internet (almost unusable), two large TVs that were on, but without playing anything. No information or entertainment for customers, and an overall disorganized and neglected atmosphere, with the only positive being a coffee machine. On top of this, the appointment system is outdated and broken, as online scheduling does not work and the website either fails to load or never functions properly, forcing customers to make appointments only by phone. While waiting, I spoke with other customers and learned that multiple people were scheduled for the exact same service at the same time, which shows there is no structure or control when assigning appointments and reflects a complete lack of order and accountability from management. To make things even more uncomfortable, when a vehicle is ready, staff yell customers’ names from the shop entrance as if it were a carnival. While I appreciate that they offer a “silent room,” it is pointless if you have to constantly stay alert for employees shouting names every time a vehicle is ready. I lost almost an entire day for a service that should take no more than 45 minutes. If this is how routine maintenance is handled, I have no confidence in this dealership for anything more serious. I will not return to this location and will be finding another Hyundai dealership, even if I have to drive farther, as this place clearly does not respect customers’ time

I made an appointment through the online chatbot. I was informed that the Service Department would call me to confirm. I've been waiting so long the Warranty expired. I hope that steering column thingy isn't too important.
