I came out of work to find a nail in my tire, and with only about five minutes before closing, I rushed over hoping they could help. Ronaldo went above and beyond! He was incredibly friendly, professional, and immediately made me feel like I was in good hands. Even though they were about to close, he took the time to help me without making me feel rushed. The customer service was truly A+, and I can’t thank Ronaldo enough for turning a stressful situation into a positive experience. I highly recommend this shop and will definitely be returning for any future tire needs. My only suggestion for improvement would be the signage for the entrance. I turned in from Hillsboro Road and accidentally ended up in the garages behind the building before finding the correct parking lot. Better directional signs would make it much easier for first-time customers. Overall, an excellent experience with outstanding customer service!

View on GoogleI wish I could give him a six-star rating because they deserve it we broke down on 95 and had our car towed to Tire Choice Auto Service because it was recommended we all thought it was the fuel pump and I was looking at a big cost for repair their technicians found out it was a loose connector on the intake manifold and reset it. They could have charged me for a new fuel pump and I would have never known the difference excellent service but the staff there are phenomenal I highly recommend them for reoccurring service or if you break down go there cuz they're the best. Honest reliable workers and great staff

I had a truck that the lug nuts were stuck, and they went and purchased a special tool to drill them out taking a lot of extra time and even injuring their back doing it. All the guys seem very knowledgeable and super helpful. Junior and Bjorn were amazing. God sent me kind people to work on my truck. Im grateful. I’ve never seen such wonderful customer service.
