My battery died on Sunday. On Monday morning I was able to pick my car up at 11 am. AMG batteries do not get touched by AAA and Advanced Auto parts do not sell the necessary battery. So I was very happy that this Mercedes Dealership incl repair shop fixed my car fast - and even cost effective. Mac did a great job in customer service. Thank you.

View on GoogleI recently visited the service center at Mercedes- Benz of Coconut Creek. Everything went super smooth. My service advisor was Gunner Wolf and he took care of everything I needed. He explained everything that would be done and how much it would cost. I got my car at this dealership and I couldn’t have been happier. They have super nice people in sales and service. Great dealership!!!
View on GoogleCame in with a check engine light left the van for 24 hours overnight came back started driving the van again checked engine light is still on. They did not get to the bottom of the problem when I have some time I guess I will take it back and cross my fingers. This is a brand new van with 1300 miles on it.
View on GoogleThe experience was not as expected. The service guy Rickert was not as helpful as I believed he should have been. I guess he was nice. I think his behavior was a little dismissive. Meaning that he seems not to be interested in going over things in detail. I asked him for prices on the things that needed to be fixed he didn’t respond. Yes. Everything is on the upload. But a service guy that cared about what was going on would go over in detail what needed to be done. He will tell me what’s most important etc. I just didn’t feel like he was helpful. Also i sat there for over four hours. I went looking for him to see what the status was. He was no where to be found. I understand it’s not a quick fix. But at least he could have come out and said something to me like “they’re still working on it “. Forgive me if I’m wrong. But I didn’t like the experience.
