Lincoln of Coconut Creek Service Center

If I could give negative stars, I would. I rarely leave reviews—especially working in a customer service-driven industry myself—but this experience needs to be shared so others know what to expect when dealing with Lincoln of Coconut Creek service. This has been, without question, the worst dealership service experience I’ve ever had. My husband also works in the automotive industry, so we understand what good service, communication, and expectations should look like—and this was nowhere close. We brought our vehicle in with multiple concerns, and to their credit, they picked it up on time. That’s where the positives end. From that point forward, there was little to no communication. We went over 24 hours without any confirmation the vehicle had even been checked in. We had to repeatedly call just to get basic updates, and even then, the information we received was inconsistent or incomplete. Nearly a week later, we were told only 3 of the 7 issues had been validated, and that a part was ordered (which later turned out not to be the case for at least one item). We also requested a loaner vehicle due to the extended delay and were told it would be sent the next day—again, no follow-up, no communication, and we had to call to chase it down. When I escalated to the service manager, I outlined the repeated lack of communication and conflicting information. I was told they had been “in constant contact,” which is simply untrue—I have call and text records proving otherwise. We later found out the assigned technician wasn’t even present, and the manager confirmed that little to no actual work had been documented on the vehicle. Despite speaking with management, nothing improved. While a loaner vehicle was eventually delivered, it was done without communication, and I still have no clear understanding of the status of my car. At this point, my vehicle—a Lincoln Navigator Black Label—has been there for over a week, and I’m being treated like an inconvenience rather than a customer. All I’ve asked for is proactive communication and transparency, which should be the bare minimum. I would strongly caution anyone considering servicing their vehicle here. If this is the level of service you can expect, it’s simply not worth it.

THIS SERVICE CENTER GOES THE EXTRA MILE! I always recieve excellent service from the service department. My service representative, Fernando, is very professional and takes cares of everything in a timely manner! He was even willing to stay a little late so I could pick up my vehicle in the evening.

Brought the car in for a recall, but after 2 hours waiting, they decided it wasn't covered after all and the whole experience was not good.

I went to the service center in Coconut Creek this morning. I was immediately met by Santos Diaz and another gentleman from the service center. My Lincoln aviator was in an accident so I thought I might have to wait there for hours to get the paperwork done. To my surprise Santos made the steps so easy. He made every phone call and made all the preparations quickly. Allstate had given me a lengthy detail of how the procedure will go. Mr Diaz made me feel comfortable almost like a father taking the stress over from the child. I thank and appreciate him very much.

This service center is EXCEPTIONAL!! Both Dylan F. In the parts department and Andrew T. In the service area were total positive professionals in every aspect of a recent service need. They acted quickly and efficiently while maintaining a cordial and superb personal manner. Just TERRIFIC!!
