My husband and I were traveling through Claremont on a visit To our daughter. Our Engine began to give us trouble when we arrived there after a 3 1/2 hour drive. My husband has enough knowledge to know that we could not continue driving it and searched Google for a reputable place to take our car because we had another 3 1/2 hours drive home and knew we wouldn’t make it like that. Yokleys was at the top of his list and we headed right over. Gary, the owner was so knowledgeable. He came right out to diagnose our car and told us what the problem was immediately. Although we were Feeling a little stranded, but they made the process so much easier. Jay was fantastic as well. He took us. To a local shopping center, so we can eat because we had not had lunch And not only was he kind enough to take us he was also the hero who repaired the car! And Came back to pick us up when it was ready! What an amazing team! What a fantastic place! I am super grateful to Gary and Jay for helping us get home that evening safely and worry free thanks to their phenomenal work.

I highly recommend Yokley Automotive. The service is always great, and the staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. They take the time to explain any repairs that are needed and never make you feel pressured into unnecessary work. The quality of their work is excellent, their pricing is fair, and they genuinely care about their customers. It’s hard to find a repair shop you can trust, and Yokley Automotive has consistently exceeded my expectations. View on GoogleGary and team are always fair,accurate,quick and above all honest. I have had my RAM 1500 serviced by them several times now. First a replacement ABS control module that the part was no longer made and yet they found one. Then the rear passenger window mechanism broke and the repaired that in under 2 hours! It's rare to find honest people nowadays but I did in Yokleys automotive! If your vehicle needs any repairs bring it into these guys. You won't be disappointed.

Their communication throughout the entire process was excellent. They kept me updated, answered all my questions patiently, and made sure I understood everything before moving forward. The customer service was outstanding. Everyone I spoke with was friendly, respectful, and genuinely cared about getting my car back on the road as quickly as possible. It’s not always easy to find a repair shop you can truly trust, but this team absolutely earned it.
