I would like to preface this review by stating that I am an Automotive Service Writer in the NE. I am buying my parents vehicle for my daughter and my Father brought the car in for a state of health inspection prior to delivering it to my Daughter . This shop, much like mine, is run with integrity and honesty! These folks could have handily told my Father the vehicle needed brakes and tires all the way around (which is what my Father had anticipated) and they did not. They performed an oil service utilizing Amsoil oil (top of the line!!) for under a hundred bucks! I am beyond impressed! It’s so nice to see another shop operating honestly without breaking one’s bank. Forget the Stealership, if you live around this shop it behooves you to give them your business. They clearly care. *chefs kiss*

View on GoogleI cannot recommend this auto shop enough! I drove all over clermont trying to get a quote for my air conditioner and other places wanted to charge me $100-200 JUST TO GET A QUOTE. Caporale gave me a quote on the spot, so I went with them. I just needed a blower changer in my passenger side because my AC was making a squeal noise. They said they would have the part in asap and I could come as soon as I could. The job was done but my AC was still making a noise. The repairman offered to happily order another part from a different company - he had that new part in within an hour and my car was done! He only charged me for the 1 part. And my car sounded great!!! If you're looking for a no BS, honest, upfront place with great care, efficiency, and customer service, this is the place to go!!! Thank you guys!

After finding Caporale Automotive, and reading many reviews I decided to give them a shot. I am so glad that I did because a level of courtesy and professionalism I received through the process was top-notch! It’s so great to find a local mechanic shop that offers direct communication between the mechanics and customer.
