Had issues with our awning alignment as well as some electrical issues including microwave, AC, and outlets not working due to a breaker malfunctioning. Both times David was quick to respond and assess and make repairs. He also worked with our extended warranty service plan which made the whole process easy! I highly recommend his services!
View on GoogleUnfortunately despite the other great reviews my experience was less than great. Our RV AC through GE is broken and we have to process it through our warranty. When I contacted Advanced mobile RV repair I was assured that they were familiar with working directly with GE and I had to arrange my appointment which because he was going on vacation needed to be a week out which was fine, now a day before the appointment I reach out because I hadn't heard anything, just to be informed that he wasn't going to come because he had another appointment to go to. He never planned on informing me, we re arranged plans, missed work and all for someone who had no compassion was very unprofessional, and rude. I was told "If that doesn't work for you. You are welcome to contact another company. I'm not going to be upset about it or anything, it's an Rv." That "RV" is our home, this man had no regard for anything but himself. I would look elsewhere when looking for a mobile RV tech.
