Chris is a crook. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. Chris showed up and told me he had another repair to get to today but could take a look at car and do repair another day. I refused and he requested $140 for showing up but did no work. He was here for 3 minutes before demanding I pay him money. He refused to connect me with his boss and threatened to have my vehicle towed if I didn't pay him for showing up. I called the police. Apparently phone number is linked to businessas formerly known as Kraft Mobile Mechanic and had history of doing this.

Stay away! I hired him just last Saturday 4/19/25. I handed a diagnostic review for my old car which I have owned since new. 2012 traverse. It required a decarbon on intake and fuel system. He supposedly did the job but on first use, my car failed with an alternator. I found a disconnected harness and he refused to return and warranty his work! I fixed it but he wanted more money for his mistake! You get tail light guarantee! He overcharged as I found out, I should have paid less. Not ignorant on my side, just thought I would pay to have done professionally. He wanted to upsell and refresh my car cpu. Has no Idea what he is doing! Good luck with this guy! I recommend stay away!

Absolute great job. Clear easy communication great pricing and always comes prepared for the job. Needed a full brake job and wheel bearings done. Came out almost immediately to get the job done. Days later on my other vehicle alternator went out and knew exactly who to call bought belts for the job too just in case it needed to be done they were transparent and honest with me saying they did not install it due to the ones on the vehicle being in great condition. Excellent communication skills and swift service. As long as I live in the area these guys will always be my go to.

My family and I were heading back from Disney at night when our battery light came on, which is usually a tell-tale sign the alternator is bad. Talk about terrible timing! Thankfully, we were still in a relatively good area near Orlando. There aren’t many people who provide 24 hour service, so we were limited with who to call. Chris was able to get out with a new alternator and get it fixed. It cost a little extra, but for after hours service, I definitely understand. Additionally, he was very friendly and easy to talk to. If you’re ever in a real jam and need a mechanic to come after hours, these guys are worth calling.
