View on GoogleThe workers were polite and worked to get my car in the shop as soon as possible. I did a rear resonator delete on my dodge charger R/T and it came out great. They also attach the Muffler Tips that I ordered. The car looks good and sounds great.
View on GoogleIt was time to have my transmission filter and fluid changed on my Honda CR-V. I read some reviews about my local TUFFYS TIRE & AUTO SERVICE CENTER and found most of the reviews to be very positive. I went in to the Center and inquire about the service I needed. I walked in and was met by Julio, the guy behind the counter with a smile and a welcome. Julio was very happy to help, listened and took all the information he needed to get the right parts for my car. You’ll find Julio to have a very upbeat personality along with a very positive attitude. He was very attentive to my car, ordered all the right Honda Certified parts from Honda and had my car scheduled to be done the next day. There was no over selling other services that would benefit me, just some suggestions for the amount of mileage I have on the car. When I’m ready they’ll be willing to make the improvements. I found the price to be very reasonable, the work was done on time. Again, you’ll find that once you meet Julio he’ll make you feel like you’ve known him for a long time and not just a person working behind a counter who doesn’t really care who you are or what your needs are when it comes to your car. I’ll be going back to TUFFYS to do any other maintenance that I need in the future.

Also, they always give you the best price, without trying to nickel and dime you for every little thing. More importantly they care about their customers and the work they perform.
