Tuffy Tire & Auto Service Center

A few months ago I brought my car in to Tuffy's for an alignment because I purchased new tires. On the first attempt, the car was given back to me but the steering wheel in the resting position was crooked, and the vehicle was drifting. After the second attempt the steering wheel still had a slant and was still drifting. I was told by the tech on the test drive that the road is causing the drifting due to the grooves in the road, but that the alignment was perfect. A few months later I was getting my car scheduled maintenance at my mechanic, he told me that my tires needed to be replaced because the alignment seems to be eating away at my tires. He checked the suspension and found no suspension related issues that should have caused the rapid wear. I brought the car back to Tuffys to discuss the issue and they attempted to charge me a fee to check their alignment. They tried to blame it on the tires, claiming they were defective and were not taking accountability for the damage to my tires. I went and got a third opinion, at another tires and alignment shop. They confirmed that the alignment was bad. I have printouts to prove it. I would not recommend having your alignment done at Tuffys. They do a bad job and don't make things right based on my experience. I cannot speak for their other services, so I will not try to.

This place is amazing and the people were top notch. After going to another competitor in Clermont and being charge so much money for doing nothing and keeping our car for over 6 days was so frustrating. The people were horrible there, we were just a number and no personal touch or communication at all with us. So we call Tuffy and to see if we can make an appointment to come by with our car to get looked at. They took us the exact same day in the afternoon, they looked at it as soon as possible and the next morning it was done very quickly. They kept in touch with us to let us know what was going on and actually cared on what we went through. They really took good care of us, we will absolutely always go here for anything car needs and if you are reading this, you definitely want to go here give them a try and never trust or go to the other company here in Clermont especially the one that is located on the 50 and Hancock area you will waste your money. Thank you again to everyone at Tuffy Tire you guys were amazing.

Took my car in to check it's A/C, ofc I'm just a girl and there was actually nothing wrong with it lol but MATT and his team were extremely kind and caring. DAWN was also very nice! Excellent communication. Matt ensured me that my settings were just set up wrong, and showed me how to get my a/c blowing cold. I highly recommend this shop, very accommodating and reasonable. I will be back with my other cars in the future.

It’s rare to find a shop that combines skill, speed, and genuine customer care, but Tuffy’s nailed it. If you need tire work, or any car service, this is the place to go. They turned a stressful situation into a smooth, easy experience, and I’m grateful for their help.

Highly recommend this location! Brought my mom’s vehicle in because the AC wasn’t working. Looked like it was going to be a very expensive repair, however when Eric started working on it he found it was only something minor. I had already agreed to the expensive repair. Eric was honest and called to let me know the good news. It was such a blessing to my mom as she is retired and on a very fixed income. I truly appreciated the honesty Eric had regarding the repair. We will definitely be using them for any future car repairs! Thank you again Eric and Tuffy!
