I can’t recommend Toyota of Clermont enough. I’ve been to many Toyota dealerships across the U.S. this one stands out. My Tacoma had problems with paint/chipping. I worked with Oscar who was amazing beyond words and handled the paint exceptionally. My truck looks brand new, it looks far beyond expectations. Jonathan consistently gave me updates along the way and handled everything with awesome enthusiasm and such a welcoming attitude. Marcus was awesome when helping me with the stressful transition of a rental car. He worked hard to make me feel comfortable and made sure that everything went smoothly. The two queens in the front, Veronica and Elizabeth were both so welcoming and overall wonderful with explaining paperwork, communication and phenomenal attitudes. Every step of the way, every person who worked with me, was insanely supportive and helpful. Ive never experienced that when having car troubles. They have an exceptional team who clearly values their customers, phenomenal work, and putting a smile on people’s faces. Such a remarkable team, I couldn’t help but write a glowing review.

I had a great experience at Toyota Clermont Collision. It all started with the excellent service from Mr. Matthew Rolon; in combination with his colleague, Jonathan Nicolas, they made the whole process smooth and stress-free. They kept me updated on everything and my truck was ready exactly when they predicted. I also want to add that the front desk team is a key part of this experience. Every time I called, they were very kind and helpful over the phone, and they were just as attentive when I visited the office. Thank you to the entire team for making this such a positive experience from start to finish!

Remove the drivers door scratch and other things like door dings and 20 years living in Central Florida. I wanted this truck to look new again. That's exactly what Toyota of Clermont Body Shop produced for me. Matt and Jonathan were prompt and informative. But the crew that did all the body work and paint were exceptional.
