Great place!! I came here for a trailer tire because mine blew out on the job yesterday. Called around a couple tire places. This one was extremely competitive at $126 out the door. They made me an appointment for 2pm I got there at 2pm sharp and Ken at the counter knew my name before I even opened my mouth. I dropped off the tire and then headed to Lowe’s. I came back about 45 minutes later and the tire was changed out and ready for me to go. As a contractor, it’s important for me to have very fast response and turn around and they definitely delivered here. Also, their competitor next-door was offering 5% off any pricing compared to their $140 they quoted me but I went with Tire King because straight up. They gave me a great price and although I’ve never been to this store before I had been to other ones and was treated very well. I’m so glad I came here and helped me out tremendously. This review is overdue by five years. I have been a returning customer since 2021 to this outstanding Tire Kingdom. I own four vehicles of which some are Chevrolet & the others are Mercedes. I could easily take the Mercedes to the Mercedes dealership service department or to the various foreign motor automotive repair shops locally, but with the skills of expertise that I have been experiencing for half a decade from this Tire Kingdom I can always trust coming back here and absolutely would not give my business to anyone else. The manager Fernando is a true asset to this Tire Kingdom location and is, without exception, always extremely helpful and understanding when it came to my varied vehicle repairs and maintenance matters over the years. Very trustworthy man and a great example of leadership! He explains the process, why one is better than the other, and he & his team is professional, honest, courteous and transparent with me, which I thoroughly appreciate. I feel respected as a returning customer. Everyone deserves honorable mention and thankful acknowledgment here at this Tire Kingdom. Caleb, the face and voice of this establishment, is professional and knowledgeable and repeatedly for years now provides a perfect customer service outcome & truly is esteemed by not only me but also my son; who, at my recommendation, is a lifetime customer now and has this Tire Kingdom service his vehicles. This review would be remiss if I did not give a special mention and sincere thanks to Ken, who is without doubt the most knowledgeable master mechanic whom I have ever met in all my 60 years who is extremely proficient and can repair anything; no mechanical issue is beyond his capabilities of remedying. All the time. Every time. Finally, Joe is a favorite part of the team who has an award winning down to earth great demeanor. In a word: Great store with great employees who offer great work at very honest fair pricing. Well worth every dollar and every time I've gone to this Tire Kingdom location I've had a great experience. They are quick and very customer service oriented. I cannot thank them enough! The place is consistently well kept and clean. They have complimentary coffee in a well-appointed waiting room with a soda machine television for those who would like to watch the service bay area as one's vehicle is being fixed. Everything is spotless and the same goes for the bathroom. The advertisement and pricings are clear of any confusion. Again, I repeat fantastic service and very professional staff; the utmost courteous staff who care about the customers. Seldom does one come across such an extremely professional and customer focused shop such as this. They always get me (as well as my son) in and out in less time than estimated while maintaining quality and admirable competitive prices. I have price checked their competitors and are never surprised that this Tire Kingdom beats them and is head and shoulders preferred over any other contender. I am amazed by the excellent service of Tire Kingdom for five years in a row! All the guys there are super helpful and know exactly what they are doing, I highly recommend this shop than the other "yellow logo" chain shops. I will definitely be back! Very nice people whom I recommend especially because they do much more than tires. There's no way I would think of taking my business to anywhere else. Period.

We were on the first leg of our vacation driving from the panhandle to Orlando when we ended up with not one, but two flat tires on our pull behind camper. We called Tire Kingdom in Clermont and they immediately helped us over the phone and told us to come in. When we arrived, they got us taken care of quickly even though it was close to the end of the day, and everyone we interacted with was incredibly friendly and helpful. They truly turned a stressful situation into a smooth and easy experience. We’re so grateful for their quick service and kindness highly recommend!

I had a great experience with the customer service at this store. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, professional, and willing to answer all of my questions. They kept me informed throughout the repair process and explained everything clearly without making me feel pressured. The team was courteous, honest, and made sure I understood the work being done on my vehicle. It's refreshing to find a shop that values communication and treats customers with respect. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable automotive service.

This is my first time here. It will certainly be where my son and I bring our Vehicles going forward. I will walked in at 5:15 from work having issues with my air tire pressure light. I am amazed at the customer service they gave me. Luis was very kind and welcomed me in and told me they are happy to check my tires. Caleb was very friendly as well. Both very welcoming. Fernando is absolutely amazing ! He took his time to explain why I needed new tires and gave me helpful feedback. He was extremely, kind, helpful, friendly. They all did made me feel most comfortable and cared for. Their customer service is top notch. I am so happy I came today.
