Reed Nissan Service Department of Clermont

"Not all Reed Nissan's are created equal" I used to visit the Reed Nissan at the West Colonial location. My Frontier still under manufacturer's warranty the battery went bad, it took me four(4) visits, one a tow to this dealership to get my battery replaced. Every single time their conclusion was "The battery test is good so Nissan won't allow us to replace the battery" Tried to get help from Nissan Consumer Affairs and found out these people are useless, some of their employees are arrogant and not helpfull and the facility is not well kept. So I decided to try the Clermont Nissan dealer and what a difference! This dealership was spotlessly clean, their employees friendly and knowledgeable and I got a thourough Service for wish I was completely happy with. The SR50 Reed West Colonial Nissan dealer is 2 miles away from me and the Clermont dealer 21 miles but driving the extra miles is well worth it.

Absolutely HORRIBLE! I took my car in for repair and was subsequently jerked around repeatedly when I was trying to find out if my car was ready. I was repeatedly told that they "had no idea" how much longer it would take to fix my car but should be done "before end of day". when there is only an hour left until closing, those two statements are mutually exclusive. If you don't know how long it will take to fix, you can't promise it will be done within the hour. I was told the service director would call me back. He didn't. I called Reed and was told the Director was not able to call my phone. I said I would call Nissan Consumer Affairs, he left a message on my voicemail while I was on with Nissan. that is absolute PROOF that I was lied to about not being able to get ahold of me, since he obviously could when it looked like someone above him would get involved. His message said HE would call me back the next day. ANOTHER LIE! A week later, and no call. I just spoke with Nissan Consumer Affairs again and they refuse to do anything. they said the case is closed because the director that repeatedly LIED to me would call back. NEVER DEAL WITH REED NISSAN OR ANY NISSAN AGAIN! THEIR POLICY SEEMS TO BE TO JERK AROUND THEIR CUSTOMERS AND LIE TO THEM!

Went in for routine service and sales department was very pushy and unprofessional. Even though my service was complete the sales staff told service to hold my vehicle as they were trying to make a deal

I took my 2019 Kicks in for a problem with the air conditioning. In the Florida heat it is a necessity. I was told the parts had to be ordered and it would be 4 business days. They were supposed to call me when the parts arrived. A week later I called to find out, they forgot to order the parts. But that they had called around to other local dealerships and parts places and found the parts. (Why did they not do that originally?) I was told if I got the car in early they could get it done in a day. I got an appointment and took it in first thing. End of the day, was told it would be late the next day before I could get the car back. Meanwhile the sales department had called, texted, and emailed me repeatedly to tell me how my car was too old and in bad shape and needed to be replaced with a new one. Is this a reflection on what they think of their product or the maintenance department? Oh and the air conditioner that needed to be fixed. It sort of works, but not as expected. After several thousands of dollars I would hope they would have made sure it worked as if new. I would expect a company as big as the Reed group to do a better job. With all aspects of the business. My interactions with Reed Nissan have left me with a very bad impression.

Shady people. Wanted to check out a car but in order to see a down payment they want me to sign an agreement to purchase. Insane
