I sat on this review for a few weeks to see if I’d still be pissed off. I decided to post it. My car was getting up their in age, so I took it in to get a new tire before trading it in. Safe to say my last experience was so bad, It influenced me to not go with a ford. Never gave them the go ahead for an Inspection, but they decided to do it regardless. They damaged my coolant hose and told me I needed a replacement because it was leaking. My car sits in a garage, never once has there been any sign of a leak. I asked if it could wait until I came back for an oil change in a week. They said yes. I see the advisor shut my hood without putting the hose back in, I don’t think twice about it. I get my car back, within 3 seconds my car tells me to turn off engine immediately because it is over heating. They gave my car back knowing I had no coolant left in my car and that the hose wasn’t attached. I bring my keys back in and tell them that I had 0 problem before any of this and the snippy snappy little advisor just cocked an attitude and told his shop to rig it. Also, a third party windshield replacement rep is just walking around the shop and tried to tell me I had 6 chips in my windshield and I needed it replaced with his hole in the wall company. He showed me a picture and it wasn’t even my car. Those “chips” on my car were dirt marks from the turnpike and wiped right off. Why is ford allowing someone to harass and lie to customers? Take your business to a local shop, don’t waste your time.

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE. I brought my car into Quick Lane of Clermont to have it checked out and had an extremely frustrating experience. I was given no paperwork at all for the diagnostic and no itemized quote, even after specifically requesting one. The manager never seems to be around or available when you actually need to speak to them. I was told to “not drive my car around” and to wait for the manager to come in, and then I literally heard nothing back afterward. No follow-up. No communication. Trying to reach customer service was just as bad. Their phone system repeatedly hangs up on you, and when you do try to get answers, their computer systems seem poorly organized and unhelpful. Overall, I was not remotely properly customer serviced. The lack of attention, communication, and basic professionalism felt almost disrespectful. I would strongly recommend taking your car anywhere else. I’ll definitely be letting family and friends know to avoid this location altogether.

I have been bringing my work truck there for the past 2 years. The service has been going down hill in the past year. Every time I would get my truck serviced it was a problem. The last time I was there they opened at 8AM, my truck took 6 hours to get a oil change, air filter, fuel filters and a tire rotation. When I picked up the truck $850. later I saw the tires were not rotated. When I questioned about the tire rotation I was told they would give double my money back for the tire rotation and they would complete the service. Even better I would have to wait even longer, no thanks. I would strongly sugesset taking it any where but the quick lane. The main shop had to redo the alinement twice from a previous visit and replace all 4 tires from a bad alinement. The service manager did right by me and that is why I returned, but this last time was the last straw. If I did not check they would of never said anything about the trie rotation and have been more than happy to keep my money.

Customer service is non-existent, they have plenty of automated messaging but anytime you ask for an update, you get ignored. All the service advisors just sit around and play games on their phone, but sure do want to upsell you on useless stuff. Don’t even waste the time going here

Made a 7AM appointment to have first oil change on 2024 F250 they don’t pull your vehicle around until 8 AM change oil and complete by 9AM. No reason to make appointments at this place. Then this is how they leave the oil filter guess they don’t have rags at this place. I won’t be back for service see photo guess I will go home and wipe of the oil so it doesn’t look like ass.
