I brought my Kia in today for a 10:30 AM appointment for an oil change and to have the seal around my window inspected. I was quoted about two hours for the service, and they finished in a little less than that, which I appreciated. When I arrived, my service advisor, Chace, was helping another customer, so I waited briefly. After a few minutes, the service manager noticed I was waiting and stepped in to get me checked in. He explained that they like customers to work with the same service advisor to help build a relationship, but he didn't want me to have to wait unnecessarily. I appreciated that he took the initiative to help, especially since some dealerships would simply leave you standing there. He also offered me a ride after I dropped off my vehicle, which was a thoughtful gesture, although I already had transportation arranged with my husband. When it was time to check out, Chace was able to assist me. He was friendly, professional, and very informative. He took the time to explain the maintenance that would be needed at my next visit, how urgent each item was, and what the expected costs would be. I appreciated the transparency and never felt pressured into additional services. Overall, the experience was smooth, the timing was accurate, and the customer service was excellent. Thank you to Chace and the service team for making the process easy and straightforward.

The service was great from start to finish, Gio did a great job and has excellent customer service! Got to wait in the lobby which has snacks, coffee and outlets! I had no issues!
