Called for info on replacing refrigerant in my car and the guy who answered gave a 350 estimate and I repeated what he said to make sure I understood the price and why, so he told me I could go to harbor freight and do it myself then hung up. I didn’t even get a chance to ask anything else . If that’s how you treat someone asking a simple questions then I can’t imagine how much you guys screw people over.

This was our third time bringing my wife's Audi Q5 in for an annual service. We don't do a lot of driving these days so once a year is enough. As always, we got great service. I'm always impressed at how clean the facility is kept, very neat and tidy. They do a great job of inspecting our car to make sure we get things repaired as needed. And they aren't pushy when you decide to put off suggested repairs. Are they expensive, yes. But I don't mind paying knowing that my wife's baby is well cared for. They really do know their stuff. And, they are always super friendly. Glad there is an alternative to the Audi dealership on the other side of Orlando.

I recently took my 2002 BMW Z3 Roadster to Imports Professional Auto because of a Service Engine Soon light that had been analyzed by several other auto repair shops and I had gotten a different answer each time. The car also needed some routine maintenance as it had been sitting for the better part of three years. Within an hour of dropping the car off I received a quote for the repair along with recommendations for the other maintenance services which I knew the car needed. I got the car back the very next day and the Service Engine Soon light was gone and has not returned. The other repair items and the maintenance service was way above average and the overall experience was excellent due to the professionalism of Obed and Erkies Negron and the staff at Imports Professional Auto. I highly recommend them and Imports Professional Auto for your import car needs. I have already taken my car to them a second time today for service and had the same experience with their prompt and courteous and competent service. And I have already requested a third quote for some additional service as I am thrilled to find an import repair shop of this quality so close to home.

I rarely ever write reviews however the service here was exceptional. I took my 2012 SLK350 in for B schedule service, excessive cooling fan noise, and weak air conditioning. Import did a complete inspection of the car and told me about several other issues that needed attention. Erkies worked well with my extended warranty company to get some items covered. In addition to the "known" repairs they suggested that the battery, brakes and rear tires be replaced. Being somewhat of a back yard mechanic I was aware of these issues myself and knew that they were factual and not just padding the bill. At no time was I pressured to get all the repairs done, just informed. Long story short after checking on line and considering doing the brakes, tires, and battery myself I found their prices to be very competitive. If you have a Mercedes, Porsche ,Audi, Jaguar, Maserati, etc., Take it here, not to the dealer. Their service is recognized by original manufactures warranty requirements and is as good or better than the dealer at a much lower cost. They use only OEM parts.

Service was fine, quality is good. Only issue I had was related to the pricing. Service was to replace a rear wheel speed sensor on my van. I've done the job myself before, and it took me less than an hour, start to finish. They charged me 2.5hr of labor (at $198/hr), plus $75 in 'shop supplies'. The only shop supplies needed for this job is about 5 zip ties, and maybe a few squirts of brake cleaner. I politely attempted to negotiate a more reasonable price, and was unsuccessful. I would have refused the service, but had I done so I would have been charged a fairly significant 'diagnostic' fee ($200 I think), so I just had them do the repair, paid the quoted price and moved on with my day. I won't ever return because of this, as I do not think I was treated fairly. Again, no issue withe quality of the work, just the pricing seems a bit exorbitant.
