We have owned five Hyundai vehicles over the years. While we’ve generally been satisfied with the cars themselves, our experience with Hyundai service departments has been consistently poor, and this visit was the worst yet. My wife brought the vehicle in for a recall appointment that had been scheduled for over a month. During her visit, the service advisor repeatedly questioned her about an intermittent warning light and spoke to her in a condescending manner, as though she didn’t understand what she was seeing. The issue was intermittent, which she clearly explained. She was also told they could not explain what our warranty covered without charging a diagnostic fee of over $250. After waiting around three hours past her scheduled appointment time, we learned the vehicle had not even been taken back for the recall work. Once it was finally brought in, she was told they did not have the necessary parts and it would be at least another week before they arrived, despite the appointment being scheduled for over a month. Communication throughout the visit was poor. The vehicle was parked outside without her being informed. I only noticed it while leaving, yet she was still sitting inside 30 minutes later because no one had told her it was ready. When she asked, she was told they had “just gotten the keys.” To make matters worse, it was raining. Other staff were assisting customers by bringing vehicles around and providing umbrellas, but my wife was sent outside to retrieve her own vehicle. When she got to it, she discovered the keys had been locked inside. The advisor seemed more annoyed at being asked to resolve the issue than concerned about the inconvenience. After some difficulty with the BlueLink app, she was eventually able to unlock the vehicle herself. I attempted to contact management afterward to discuss the experience but was unable to reach anyone despite multiple calls and extended hold times. What stands out most is not a single mistake, but the overall lack of communication, preparation, and basic respect shown throughout the visit. In short, I would not recommend this service department, and based on my experience, escalation to Hyundai corporate has not resulted in meaningful accountability for dealership-level issues in the past 3 run ins with bad service departments.

From all the dealerships I've taken or bought a vehicle this is it, my favorite. From the girl taking the info to the gentleman (Adrian) at the service desk. EXCELLENT treatment, very professional, knowledgeable. I live about an hour away from the dealer and Ill be coming back for service and to buy my next vehicle. I will definitely recomend this dealer to my family and friends. Thank you!!!

Had a great experience getting my vehicle serviced at this location. Adrian provided exceptional service by ensuring I was taken care of and checking in on me during my stay. The waiting area was clean, well-stocked, and had plenty of seating to accommodate guests. Barry also stopped by to chat a bit about life and see how things were going. Everyone here is very friendly and I highly recommend this dealership for your auto needs.

A local shop said both rear shocks were bad. I took my car to central florida hyundai where they treated me with care and professionalism. I was helped by Craig Chase. Let me tell you this. He went above and beyond to not only address my concerns but took care of all recalls on my vehicle. The shocks were ordered for me and was told i will be getting a call when they come in to come and get them installed. My car was just over the 60k mile warranty so i was looking at a good chunk of money. Craig told me they were taking care of that as well! Upfront and honest. Thats all i have to say about craig chase. Dont hesitate getting your vehicle fixed here. Craig will take care of you. Hey Central Florida Hyundai, Craig Chase looks like he needs a raise. I had an excellent experience working with Craig Chase, my service advisor. From the moment I arrived, he was friendly, professional, and genuinely focused on making sure everything went smoothly. Craig took the time to clearly explain what my vehicle needed, answered all of my questions without rushing, and kept me updated throughout the entire process. What really stood out was Craig’s honesty and attention to detail. There was no pressure, just straightforward recommendations and great customer care. My car was serviced in a timely manner, and everything was handled exactly as promised. It’s rare to find someone who combines knowledge, communication, and customer service so well.
