View on GoogleFirst off, I bought a 2021 f150 hennessey from clearmont ford 9 months ago with warrenty, 4k miles later 8 months an the rear end blew up, so I took it to my local Ford dealer hear in green cove springs (Garber Ford) an they wouldn't fix it for warrenty. So i called clearmont ford an they pushed me through to Mrs Kristine a director of operations, she told me bring the truck an it will be fixed, 1 week later I got the call truck is fully complete with a new oil change. Drive 3 hours an got there, they washed an detailed the inside of truck I signed 1 paper got the keys an was good to go. Not a single $$$$.. this dealership will get all my buisness from here on out. Thank you Mrs Kirsten an Jacob from service an forman troy for getting me back on the road..

They kept me informed throughout the process and made the whole visit smooth and hassle-free. The video-message was excellent. It’s nice to find a dealership that values customer service and takes care of your vehicle the right way. Highly recommend!
View on GoogleI unfortunately had a truck do front end damage to my car I a parking lot right before I had to leave the country for work for over a month. Jason and his team made the process as seamless as possible, and the results with the car being done looking brand new. With this being an insurance claim, Jason also made sure that the quality of parts were either OEM or the best aftermarket options possible, since most insurance tries to only cover aftermarket (functional but not perfect fitment) parts. With this experience, I will definitely bring any future work to them!
View on GoogleOverall good. Shuttle Driver Eddie was great. I had an appt, arrived early but I feel it took too long. Was told at checkin there would be a delay. Checked in 11:15 am, didnt get my car until after 4pm. Requested car wash and vacuum but did not happen.
