I would give this place zero stars if I could. We brought in my son’s 1997 BMW for what should have been a straightforward ignition switch repair. The shop assured us they could handle it. After a few days went by with no update, my husband followed up and asked if they could actually do the job or not. Through Jeremiah, who works for the owner, we were reassured that they could—they just needed to order the part. Instead, they kept the car for an entire month, dismantled the steering column and surrounding components, and then handed it back saying, “sorry, we can’t work on this car.” To make matters worse, the owner told my husband that his employee “should have never taken the car in the first place.” That is not our mistake—that’s a failure on their end to properly assess the job before taking it on. Now we’re left with a partially disassembled vehicle and a much bigger problem than when we started. What was originally a small repair has turned into a stressful and potentially expensive situation because of their lack of expertise and accountability. Now it is sitting in our driveway in worse condition than when we brought it in—refer to photos. At this point, we don’t even know what they actually did or what is now needed to properly put it back together. What makes this even more upsetting is that my 16-year-old worked incredibly hard to buy his first car, and now it’s just sitting in the driveway like this because of their negligence. When my husband asked them to simply put the car back the way it was so we could take it elsewhere, the owner became rude and dismissive. He even said, “I make the decisions here, not my employees—and I’m saying we are finished here!” Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with a mechanic. We trusted them with a classic car, and they mishandled it from start to finish. Do not bring older or classic BMWs here. They clearly do not have the knowledge, professionalism, or integrity to handle them.

He went above and beyond, and I would not hesitate to return or recommend him to friends and family. Do yourself a favor and don't just accept what the insurance company is offering. I had an amazing experience with this body shop! From start to finish, they were incredibly professional, efficient, and easy to work with. Tim was especially helpful—he kept me updated throughout the entire process, ensuring I knew exactly what was happening with my vehicle. The turnaround time was impressively quick, and the quality of work was top-notch. My car looks as good as new! Took my Mini here after someone hit my rear bumper. It was a minor repair, and I happily got my car back in less than 48 hours. They were also super friendly and easy to work with.

My vehicle was vandalized by degenerates. The Shop is impressive very organized and clean. It appears every effort is being made to preserve the integrity of the entire vehicle not being worked on. I am patiently awaiting completion and have said multiple times “I am not in a hurry to get it finished I can wait for quality and good workmanship”. I’ll post a review when it’s finished with photos 🤞🏼.
