America's Tire

America's Tires is so helpful, kind, fast, easy, and great quality! I couldn't recommend this location enough. The last time I had my tire fixed at a different place that specialized in my specific car, it cost me nearly 700$ for ONE tire. I nearly passed out when I heard the price. America's Tire has everything you need, they'll fix it same day, let the tow truck drop your car off there, and you'll also be met with kindness. I was helped by Mark, he was wonderful and helpful, explained everything to me, explained all my options thoroughly, and even taught me stuff about my car that I didn't know! Mark was kind, helpful and patient with other customers too, checked in with others while helping me and as I saw while I waited for my car. He was an excellent multitasker while managing a busy day and lots of different personalities and demanding approaching him. I had to call earlier to ask about towing stuff and I was pretty anxious about my car situation and he was super helpful on the phone too before I got there. This location is easy to get to, the waiting area is comfy, they have AC and charging stations so you can bring your phone charger or laptop if you need to get work done while you wait. I am so grateful for how helpful America's tires was and I am especially grateful and value Mark's help with finding me the most affordable and quality option for me. America's Tire will be the only place I will be taking my car to forever!

I needed to change my tire which is a harder to find model asap. Called them in the morning they ordered to shop same day and I went in same afternoon and got it done. The staff were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Especially Abel helped me a lot. The wait time was reasonable and they had enough lounge area if you’d like to stay there in the meantime. I was extremely happy with my service and I will definitely go back although it was an hour drive for me in traffic.

Talk about concierge-level customer service!!! Mark is the go-to guy for sure! He was beyond helpful and patient when I called this morning regarding my tire certificate and questions on coverage. Not only was he able to assist with information, he ordered the replacement tire for same day delivery, and has been keeping me updated since I arrived to have it installed! I'm officially a fan of this location! Everyone was extremely helpful and courteous.

The Baseline: For automotive service centers the service on the vehicle must solve the issue, have value for the service, and be professional in dealing with my vehicle. May 2026: Service: From start to finish I had great Service. Jamal helped me in the beginning and they were busy when I walked in. Jamal acknowledged the wait and let us know they would help us asap. My issue was a tire leak in my front passenger side tire so Jamal looked at the tire, got my info, and let me know the estimated wait time. I had a text letting me know my tire was repaired within 40 minutes. Amazing service from America’s Tire. They know how to foster loyalty from a customer service standpoint. Quality: My SUV passenger side tire is not leaking any more air and I did not have to get a new front set of tires. Massive five stars for Quality. Value: My tire was repaired and I did not get charged for the repair. If they do you this massive great favor it means two things to decent humans out there in the world: 1. Tip the person that repaired your tire heavily (I recommend $50+) and 2. Do not go to another tire place when it is time to change your tires. Support the business that just supported you. If you do those two things in a tire patch situation you just succeeded in passing the “I’m a good person” test. September 2025: Service: This is the place for tires and they do tires well. We replaced two of our Tesla’s tires back in January and came in to get help with a bolt that got into our tire. They had us in/out within a couple of hours as a walk-in to do the patch on the tire. Great service! Quality: For our Tesla we are getting the manufacturer recommended tires and Tesla needs to have a higher PSI in tires due to the battery weight. Never skimp on tires for your Tesla and America’s Tire products are quality. Value: Very resealable on the price and considering Tires are your only real maintenance for a Tesla is is very reasonable. For my other vehicle I am stopping going to Costco and will be coming to America’s Tire instead.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Service and Human Kindness! Two days ago, I ended up with a flat tire—a stressful situation made so much better by the incredible team here. The manager was exceptionally kind and comforting, reassuring me that I could leave my car overnight. But then, things went from bad to worse. As I went to call a Lyft, I realized I had lost my wallet. It contained my ID, passport, healthcare cards, and credit cards. I completely panicked and was absolutely devastated, spending the rest of the day just trying to stay positive and praying for a miracle. Around 8:00 PM yesterday, someone knocked on my door. It was an America's Tire employee! A kind customer had found my wallet in the parking lot and turned it in. Instead of just leaving it at the shop, this amazing worker noticed my address and decided to personally drive it to my house on his way home from work. I am profoundly grateful for the integrity, compassion, and outstanding customer service of the staff at the Old Torrance location. They didn't just fix my car; they completely saved the day. Thank you so much!
