Shout out to the manger, she's very helpful. Had a slight disagreement with one of the employees yesterday, manager stood up and corrected everything. Everyone is cool and professional. I came for alignment warranty and manager gave the priority ahead of all appointments as apologies. The tech who fixed my alignment is super helpful and telling me all the details. Loves everyone here and will definitely come back for wheel services
View on GoogleCame here after unsuccessfully getting my flat tire issue resolved at another location. Called this location over the weekend, hungry kids in the back, Richard picked up, got me in right away despite a line of cars out to the st, probably heard the kids. Evaluated tire immediately. recommended tire replacement as the patch unlikely to hold, I insisted on a patch. Was super cool about it. As predicted, leaked again a few days later, called location, Richard picked up again, got me in right away. Did not say I told you so. Gave me his cell phone to keep me updated throughout the day. ordered tire, got it shipped same day, Brandon replaced it in like 3 mins, didn’t even get to finish watching the Jason Statham fight scene on TV. Sounded like Brandon may even have had to cancel dinner plans with his girlfriend because of so many add-ons, probably knocked out 50 more cars in that time. Recommend This place to everybody. Even if you don’t have a car, just come and say hi to the guys, super nice, excellent customer service, they are doing something right. Hopefully you don’t have to see you guys for a while, but you have earned my long-term business. Thanks again Richard and Brandon, and also to the guy who patched my tire over the weekend
View on GoogleExcellent customer service! New tires installed, valve stem caps missing when we got home. I called the shop and Reina offered to bring them to us. Later that evening Eric came by with caps and put them on for us. That's great customer service!

View on GoogleAppointment scheduled a week prior, so walked in and was immediately addressed and brought to my car for tire eval and mileage check. I advise scheduling the appointment as it can busy and wait times extended even during weekdays before 2pm. I was in and out within 45 minutes after walking in for a tire rotation, so I consider that a win. Was shown a chart showing 1 tire was advised for replacement but I declined as I prefer to shop around a day or 2 prior to any and all purchases; although they do have a great service with the lifetime tire rotation option and what will likely persuade me to purchase 1 or all here. I get a little concerned when being asked about new purchases onsite and add on's at any car service/mechanic etc type place, so would much prefer if all things were emailed but the staff let me take a picture of the screen so I can sleep on it. The waiting area is new and more modern looking with bar height chairs and counters and few normal size seats. The only issue I had is the super slow internet speed which was like dial up speeds(see picture); if they can resolve that; it would be stellar.
