I had a great experiences at the America's Tire in Toreance location. They had plenty of parking space so no problem finding parking space. I made an appointment on line. and I purchased two tires so they needed to do the installation. I waited about one hour and it was done. This America's Tire shop, Torrance location sells tires and does the installation only. Some other Tire shop does the wheel alignment & other services. This place is very cleaned & well maintained. And the customer services are professional, helpful & attentive. I really like their excellent tire services. I needed to get two new tires, but I didn't want to spend lots of money for the tires. I was planning to sell my car and get a new car in the future. Michael who was a customer service staff who helped me to select the new tires. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and attentive. He found them tire which was on sale for two tires for $96.00. And they charged $50.00 for the installation & life of tire maintenance fee. Total cost was $167.06 which was reasonable price.America's hope After that I had to wait for a hour to get a tire installation service. This America's Tire shop offered various selection of tires and installation services and also they repaired tire flat too. All the staff were helpful and friendly and they have the excellent customer service. If you need the new set of tire, I would like to recommend this America's Tire shop.

Came in for a simple tire replacement and left with damaged painted wheels caused by improper tooling. On top of that, the TPMS valve stem was replaced with the wrong color, showing a clear lack of attention to detail. This damage was avoidable and unacceptable for a professional shop. I won’t be returning and would not recommend this place to anyone with painted or aftermarket wheels. I will say that the sale person was helpful when it came to making a decision on replacing tire and warranty.

This is by far the best customer experience and professionalism I have experienced in a service company ever, whatever the price is you can’t put a price on actual dedicated care and service and passion from every single point. The call before the appointment date, their tone and caring attitude. To arriving with the sign with your name to careful consideration of your time and priority, no pressure warranty add ons. To the founders philosophy as a company founder and owner this is what I can only aspire to achieve. So inspiring and I just came to get new tires. Lifetime customer earned today.

Went in to purchase 4 new tires and Dominick made the process seamless. He was transparent about the timeline, answered all my questions clearly, and made sure I was taken care of without any unnecessary stress. It’s rare to find such high-quality customer service these days, and he really went above and beyond to ensure a positive visit. If you’re heading to this America’s Tire, definitely look for Dominick at the front he’ll get you sorted out right!

I came in to get a tire checked because there was a screw in it, and I was blown away by the level of service here. Even though I didn’t buy my tires from America’s Tire, they repaired the tire for free — and on top of that, they also offered a free tire rotation. DJ was the gentleman who helped me, and he was awesome. Super professional, friendly, and took the time to walk me through the entire process and explain what they were going to do to my vehicle. He even provided me with a detailed quote for a new set of tires for when I’m ready, and gave me some great advice about rotating my tires a little sooner than the manufacturer recommends — something he’s seen make a real difference in tire life from his experience. Really appreciate DJ and the whole team at America’s Tire Torrance for their honesty, professionalism, and great customer service. I’ll definitely be coming back here for all my tire needs!
