Been here twice now. Once for a smog check, once for electrical issues. The smog check was seamless and quick and very very reasonably priced. The electrical work was a tough one, because they had to find the issue. Initial I came in to swap in a new tail light. However, the new one wasn’t working. We figured out it wasn’t a light issue, but an electrical issue, likely broken wires. The owner was up front, without my asking, how much it would cost to dig deeper and what would need to be disassembled, and depending on where the issue was, what the estimated costs would be. And the odds that we’d find the issue. He didn’t oversell e, quite the opposite. He told me what the minimum cost would be, and made sure I was agreeable to the price and process and how long it would’ve/could take. In the end, we didn’t find the issue (I’d have to leave the car overnight, and i wasn’t able to do that). Because we didn’t identify the issue, and put in a lot of work, he discounted the initial price and even credited me a portion of the fee I paid towards future work. I’ll definitely be coming back. Owner was honest, direct, and pricing was very reasonable. A much better experience than most shops I’ve been to in years. Highly recommend

Hassan is my go-to mechanic. He is honest, careful, respectful, knowledgeable, and responsive. Instead of buying the expensive maintenance "package" at the dealership (I'm out of warranty), along with changing my oil and rotating my tires, Hassan performed a courtesy brake inspection (they're fine) and used ingenuity to repair a reflector instead of pushing for a costly replacement. He also replaced my engine and cabin air filters at no charge (using the new ones I gave him). Plus: I just drove up and asked when he could fit all this in--he said "Right now!" :-)

I noticed 3 dents close to the area they fixed and denied it happened in their shop. Charge me for $2925.13 and I’m trying to dispute it. They are not professional.
