The repair service performed on my vehicle's engine was completed the same day and the vehicle is running fine. I was impressed with the manner in which my questions were answered and the courtesy and respect extended to me. I also felt that the price I was charged, though a little more than I expected, was fair considering the significant work that needed to be done to avoid bigger problems downstream. I've had my vehicles serviced here for several years without any problems and I am confident in continuing to bring them here in the foreseeable future.

I’ve passed by this place every day on my way home from work but never stopped in. Recently my brakes started making a noise though so I called One Stop on a Saturday morning to see if they had availability to take a look at them. Charles said yes, bring it on in and from start to finish he explained what he was going to do and how long it would take. Once the wheels were off, Charles showed me what the problem was so I could see the issue for myself before moving forward to make the repairs. I didn’t think they could get the parts and complete the repairs all within 4 hours (and on a holiday weekend too) but they totally did! Great service, friendly staff, and a pleasant experience all around! I definitely recommend One Stop!

As someone who has struggled with finding the right place to get my car serviced for years...I've finally found the one! From different auto shops to even dealerships -- not one place has done as an exceptional job as One Stop Lube N Brakes. I initially thought I only had one issue with my brake pads needing to be replaced, but it turned out that I needed other things to be fixed as well. They didn't take advantage and broke down step by step each issue and what I actually wanted to get fixed instead of overcharging. My entire service was done within two hours and car drives so smoothly. Having peace of mind and finding a place that you can trust with your vehicle is truly priceless. Will be coming back and recommending to all my friends/colleagues.

I have never experienced such customer service and professionalism while getting an oil change!! Amazing! And the cost is surprisingly comparable to your mom and pop places, and lower than your chain locations! Just try it once and you’ll have your new permanent place to go!

Stopped by two weeks ago to fix my breaks and service was good. I found later that my steering wheel vibrated after going over 60 and learned I needed a tire rebalancing. Called to ask if I could stop by (explaining what I was experiencing) and he said yes, so I came in an hour later. When i arrived he asked me to park and wait a bit- no problem. Once he came to speak with me he asked what the problem was again. I explained and he noticed i had new brakes. I told him I was here two weeks ago and this shop did them. He then starred at my car for maybe 40 seconds and said “ well our machine to balance tires isn't great. If we do it, it would not be 100%” i told him thats fine thank you for being honest but why would you waste my time and have me come out knowing you were not going to be able to perform the service at 100%? Really wanted to make this a shop that I could rely on but that put a bad taste in my mouth. I wonder had he not been busy, if he would have taken my money and sent me on my way with a sub par service.
