View on GoogleTerrible. I went today and to make a terrible experience worse, my coolant gauge fell out of the bottom of my car as I was getting close to home. I called yesterday at 1pm to ask the price of a coolant flush and was told 129.99. I bring my car in today and I ask led to confirm the price before they started and he said 129.99. As he pops open my hood to start the service, the other employee tells me it’s $165 and I told him I just asked for the price and called and was told 129.99. They didn’t honor the price and told me it would be $142 after speaking to their manager. I go with my gut I don’t like how they handled it. The principle is that they wasted my time and gas. I decided to not stay and as I am pulling into my home I heard something clunk. I made a u turn to see what it was and the coolant lid of my car fell off. If I didn’t notice my car would have overheated the next time I drove it!!! Unacceptable and terrible terrible terrible experience!!!
