Older gentleman that was working on 6/13 needs to check his attitude. He walked directly into the street in front of my car as i’m driving SLOWLY and he started yelling out at me like i was going to hit him, i stopped and let him proceed with whatever he was doing and he started yelling at me to go when there were people and cars in front of me?? I was actually going to costco to buy 4 new tires and with his attitude it made me drive past it and take my business somewhere else. Employees like this are really what dissuade me from coming back to this establishment. Never coming back here again, thank you employee for being so beyond rude and maybe next time critical thinking could be used! Terrible.

Spent over thousand dollar to replace all four tires and they dirtied all four car wheel and tire and didn't even bothering to clean them up. Bring it up to the front desk and the attitude was dismissive. Will not come back again with this uncaring attitude.

Great service, but as for customer service, they make people wait too much, even when is a scheduled appointment. There are always more people, but they usually pretend to be busy when they're not. Hope this can improve and will definitely be 5 stars 🌟

Came in today after a phone call to confirm that the tires I needed were in stock. Asked if I could come in and pay and set up an appointment and they agreed and put the tires on hold. After 30+ mins of waiting in a line that moved at the pace of about 1-2 customers every 10 mins, the same guy who answered my call handed me off to another gentleman, guy with a beard, earrings, pretty sure his name was jesse, proceeded to tell me I couldn’t do as his co worker had told us. He wouldn’t even allow us to purchase the tires and set up an appointment for another time. He then insisted on selling us tires that were for a car, for our truck, and “thought about selling us the tires” but proceeded to tell us that he couldn’t because of some made up reason. The tires were the same size as the current tires on my truck, but he stated he couldn’t even set up an appointment without the truck needing the tires being present. A waste of time after calling several Costcos to look for the tires in stock, and a lack of proactive service from the technicians. Please believe the lack of professionalism and service throughout the reviews. The only reason they are still in business is because they’re part of Costco. Go to Americas tire down the street in signal hill, got the same tires for 15% less with warranty and sold me the tires on the spot and set me up with an appointment. Thanks America’s tire co, for filling in on the incompetence of this embarrassment of a tire shop.

Appointment at 1:45 to change my tires, they said it will be 2 hours. Didn’t receive a call at 3:45 so I check back at 4 since I’ve been waiting at the mall the whole time. Just for them to say they haven’t started cause they needed a key to unlock my tires for a specific lugnut. They waited the whole time to say something when they could’ve called earlier. Stupid people.
