I had a decent experience here; the staff was friendly and got my oil change done quickly. However, the pricing felt a bit higher than I expected, and I wish they had more transparent options for different services. This company is a ripoff. I took my car to my dealership after someone crashed into it, and it took about 3-4 months to have it finally repaired. After a lot of back and forth, I finally got my car shipped back to the dealership. When I reviewed it I have found that the card had a dent on the back side of the car, one of the scratches was not even repaired and they installed a defective piece that made the door being misaligned to the whole front panel. I mentioned this to the person who gave me my car back, and he did say nothing about it. He said I had to contact my representative, which I did, this person went missing in action, never responded my calls nor my emails for weeks. One day I called and just tired after 4 months asked for a supervisor, they said the supervisor was out for lunch and he would call me back. I got the call back but it was the representative instead, apologizing and saying that someone passed on his family and a bunch of BS (as I have found out later). He made an appointment for me to come by and drop the car for repairs. Just when you thought everything would be fixed, I arrived to drop off the car, and they told me I had no appointment on file. Asked for a supervisor and it turns out this person was not working there anymore and he was lying all the way to me. The manager was not taking responsibility over this, and he was trying to get rid of me saying they were not responsible for what this person did. After showing him emails, messages, voicemails he had no other option, he told me they would fix everything but I had to wait as they would send someone my way, and they would have to get the new replacement part. The supervisor never called, also disappeared, and ended up not fixing my car. I called the HQ and spoke to a person called Ben who said he would fix my problem and also never got back to me, even though I called millions of times. I SIMPLY GAVE UP, DONT WORK WITH THESE PEOPLE, THEY WILL GET YOUR MONEY AND DO NOTHING ABOUT IT.

They kept my car in storage for nearly three weeks, almost a month, and never charged me a single dollar in storage fees. That level of honesty and compassion is rare. The staff was professional, kind, and understanding, and the manager is absolutely amazing. You can tell she truly cares about people, not just business. I’m extremely grateful for how I was treated and highly recommend AW Collision.

The service was excellent from start to finish—very friendly, honest, and efficient. The turnaround time was fast, and the repair work was top-notch—it looks like the damage was never even there. Prices were very reasonable too, especially considering the quality of the work. Erik Panosian is clearly someone who takes pride in what he does, and it shows. I highly recommend him and will definitely be coming back if I ever need anything done again.
