I had a great experience at Allen Tire Co. today. I came in with two punctures in my back right tire, and they took care of it quickly and professionally. I was in and out in about 20 minutes, which honestly exceeded my expectations. Big shoutout to Mr. Martinez—he was friendly, helpful, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The entire team was efficient and clearly knew what they were doing. It’s not always easy to find a shop that’s both fast and does quality work, but they delivered on both. Highly recommend Allen Tire Co. if you need reliable, no-hassle tire service. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I was having suspension, alignment, and wheel noises on my 2019 Toyota rav4 ( with over 200k miles on it). Josh was the guy that helped me out, and he was more than great. The job was not cheap ( a lot of work and parts). They also threw in a brake replacement. The car runs like it is brand new. Been coming here for many years and it's always good job, great people. I called on a Wednesday to get the first available appointment on Friday. The person I spoke to you said they would be open at 7:30. I specifically ordered the exact tires that I wanted on the car. I got to the shop around 7:20 and there was already a line of four or five people there. At 7:45 no one had arrived to open the shop. The line of people had now grown to 8 to 10 people. I could not stay because I had to drop my wife off at work. On my way back to the shop I called to make sure they were open and I was told that my appointment would be honored and they could still complete the work today. I got back to the shop at approximately 8:10 and there was still a line of several people. I still had to wait in line for approximately 30 minutes before I was helped. When I checked in, they had a record of my appointment, but I was told the tires I had ordered were not at the store. I was offered an alternative. I wish I could’ve left right then, but my own schedule made that impossible. They completed the work and put the tires that I did not want on the car. So the shop opened 20 minutes late and did not have the tires that I ordered. The guys at the shop did not seem overly concerned with opening late or not having the tires that I had ordered. I will never return to this shop. How can a shop open 20 minutes after the posted hours and also having taken appointments. Horrible service!

Let me start by saying I felt I was being pressured into purchasing tires. Plus the manager misspelled my last name and he was rude. I am rethinking getting my tires from here. I was in last week because of low tire pressure in my front left tire and the mechanic told me if the tire lost air again that it could be plugged. The cracks the manager pointed out are small and minute that I don't feel they need to be replaced. I feel that your manager is taking advantage of me because I'm a senior citizen and a woman. So I think I will cancel this order and shop around and see if I really need to replace my tires I give your manager a negative zero

The new management at this location was not welcoming or confidence inspiring. I likely will not be back. The former management team was professional, courteous, and seemed to care. I was barely greeted, told to fill out a form when I know im in the system. It took twice as long for a simple tire rotation. I was given my keys at pick up with no follow up as to the condition of my tires, which are being watched for replacement on 2 of them. I also had to reset the tire pressure light in my car since they did not. It was a poor experience. I was used to a much higher level of customer service & common courtesy.
