My friends and family are blown away when I told them my experience. Mountain View truly cares about their customers and building a relationship forever. I had issues with sensors on my car. They tried everything to help me working on my car for days. Replacing parts testing the vehicle several times. My car is a 2000 Mazda Miata and it was just time to let it go after 26 years. When things couldn't be fixed they refunded my money. Who does that most places rip you off. I am a 67 year old female. They did not treat me any different than a male. They explained things to me and didn't assume because I was a women I wouldn't get it. The kindness and professionalism is beyond anything I have ever experienced. Thank you ❤️

I have been using Mountain View tires services for the last five years. This location in Lakewood, I have been with them for two years. I’ve had multiple oil changes, brakes,and just purchased tires for the second time. I also had my daughter’s tires purchased here as well. The team has been helpful, friendly, and so far competitive with their pricing. I have not run into any trouble with them. I recently interacted with Gerardo, who has been a great source and helped me tremendously in my last visit. Great team!

Juan and all his mechanics were very thorough checked all the items that were wrong with my vehicle and immediately called me to advice me what he found needed to be fixed or installed. He also suggested all the items that needed to be fixed and providing a very in depth explanation verbally and in a written format. Mountain View Tires have always been very honest and trustworthy auto service. They have gained our trust and we rely on their service for all our three cars. We are a loyal a customer they provide the best customer service.

I chose Mountain View tire and auto service initially after my mechanic that I normally take my truck too was closed. I have had previous experience with Mountain View and at that time I was satisfied not this time and I would not recommend them because they wanted to charge me $908 for front Brakes rotors and tire rotation, which upon further checking it should’ve been around five or $600 so I asked them to put my car together. Take it off the rack and give it back to me and I would’ve taken it to my old mechanic who opened late instead when I told them that it should normally only be five or $600 they changed the price to $600 which I feel they took advantage of me as a woman initially because I did not know what the cost should have been so no I will not take my car or my truck back to Mountain View tire and auto service. I did not appreciate being taken advantage of because I’m a woman and I don’t know cars that well.
