Ask for Thanh Sabatier. Service was smooth and easy. Thanh Sabatier was awesome and he definitely deserves a raise! I felt welcomed and he educated me on stuff that I don’t know without making me feeling dumb. He was super professional, clear with communication, kept me updated throughout the process. I also appreciated that he was accommodating with small requests and made sure the car was ready before I got there. Great customer service overall. Also just want to point out that Thanh Sabatier was very friendly, approachable, and genuinely positive. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping customers and not just rushing through the job. Made the whole experience much better. Will come back again for sure and I definitely recommend Cerritos Honda to my friends and family or whoever owns a Honda vehicle.

I normally don’t leave reviews, but my recent experience with Norm Reeves Honda has been extremely frustrating and needs to be shared. I brought my vehicle in for service and made it very clear to the advisor that my doors are aftermarket and must be lifted before opening. I was reassured that the team would be informed and that my car would be handled properly. Despite that, when I picked up my vehicle, the driver-side door had been damaged. The fender was bent, and the door could no longer open at all. I’ve now been forced to climb in and out through the passenger side for over a week, which is unsafe, inconvenient, and completely unacceptable. I spoke with Kevin Harris in Customer Relations, who reviewed the camera footage, took photos, and confirmed that the damage did happen while my vehicle was in their care. He even brought the service manager, Michael Vasquez, into the office to show him the evidence. Even with that confirmation, I’ve been left waiting without a clear plan or timeline for repairs. I’ve had to follow up multiple times just to get basic communication. A dealership should take responsibility when damage occurs under their care, especially when the customer provided clear instructions beforehand. I’m hoping this review pushes for accountability and a timely resolution, because no customer should have to go through this.

Robert Gonzalez is always incredibly helpful and has such a positive attitude. It's always a pleasure to see him. He has been assisting me ever since I purchased my car nearly six years ago, and his outstanding customer service is one of the reasons I keep coming back. I drove all over to LA from OC to get a better service. I explained before that on the windshield there’s a small spots and I have been told they will take care of it and then they just water washed outside and resolve didn’t have been done plus they rotated the tires and on my driving back I got a notification on the screen that the tire pressure needs to be checked and again I need to go to another body shop to fix it
