America's Tire

I came in (yesterday) on Saturday a little after 2:00pm to have two tires installed. I was told the car would be ready around 5:30pm, so I waited at the store the entire time. At 6:00pm, even though the store officially closes at 5:00pm, I was told it would be another 20–30 minutes because they were “finishing the alignment.” At 6:30pm, after waiting over four hours, I was informed they could not complete the alignment because they “don’t have the proper equipment for European vehicles.” This should have been identified before attempting the service. I want to note that I have been to two other America’s Tire locations in the past, both of which successfully performed alignments on my vehicle without any issues and provided great service. This made the explanation even more frustrating. During my visit, I also observed an employee driving my vehicle aggressively in the parking lot, accelerating quickly and braking hard, which was extremely concerning and unprofessional. Although the alignment charge was refunded, when I drove away my car was not driving straight. The steering wheel is now off-center, and I have to turn it to the right just to drive straight. This issue did not exist before I arrived. I left with my vehicle in worse and potentially unsafe condition, with brand-new tires now at risk of uneven wear, and no corrective solution or compensation was offered. Very disappointed in the lack of communication, care, and accountability. This experience was completely avoidable. 0 stars would not recommend to anyone!

I had an accident on the freeway and ran over a large metal debris. AAA suggested America’s tires all 4 tires needed to be replaced. They were professional and service was exceptional!!! The price was reasonable and I was able to continue my trip without worrying. I definitely recommend them and will be returning to them for any future tires!

I have a Subaru and was tired of Costco messing up my lug nuts. When it was time for new tires I went again with Costco (stupid me getting hooked on their price), purchased them and then had to schedule an install. Meanwhile, I read on a Subaru blog that America's tires trains their technicians how to properly torque the lug nuts on Subaru so they don't freeze. I called the store - they offered me a good price on tires and were able to schedule me right in the next day. I went after work. They have a lobby so I was able to pull my laptop and work while I waited - car was ready in 45 minutes. Hopefully, won't have issues when I come back for tire rotations with frozen lug nuts, but they assured me they manually tightened them so that wouldn't be an issue. The technicians and front staff were very friendly. I actually like the experience so far. I went today and cancelled my order with Costco for the tires I had reserved - told them found better tire shop.

Great place to visit. I am a repeat customer of America's tire. Their service is outstanding and offer me special discounts as well. Waiting time is reasonable. But America's Fullerton outlet needs to upgrade. Because this location does not have toilet facility and no water fountain. But Norwalk is a is great clean and tidy. I am totally satisfied with their service.

I’ve always been a fan of America’s Tire. This location was great. Went in for a flat repair and a rotation. My tire wasn’t reparable but luckily I had the insurance on the tire and had it replaced for free. I’m a big advocate for getting the insurance on the tires because it’s totally worth it. My tires are $170 each…the insurance is about $30 per tire, so totally worth it. Monserath helped me and she was great. My car was done in a little under an hour. Nothing but a pleasant experience here.
