Browning Mazda Service Center

I went to Browning Mazda to check my engine light, and even though they couldn’t find the exact issue, I still had a great experience. Zee was super friendly and really helpful the whole time. When the mechanic couldn’t figure it out, she offered several options to move forward. I really appreciated her understanding, professionalism, and knowledge. Highly recommend this location and Zee!

Extremely rude and disrespectful, the service section people DO NOT KNOW WHAT customer service is. I took a car that was leased and then purchased to the service FOR THE 4th time with the same battery issue, this time because the battery wasn’t covered by the warranty, I purchased a brand new battery and still the test comes out as “Bad Alternator”, took the car in and they told me: “the battery is bad”, the battery that I bought 30 hours ago, is bad. Why? Because they don’t want to do their job and commit to the warranty they signed. The service department talked in a rude and disrespectful manner with a customer of 4 years. This is ridiculous.

Not very good service. They drag their “” everywhere, not professional, and do not follow processes correctly.

On Wednesday I came in to get my car serviced, I had a flat tire, immediately told them I needed my tire fixed and gave them my information. No one said I had to check in to get it serviced. In the meantime my car was getting serviced I figured I’d go and speak to someone about my lease payments to potentially purchase the vehicle. I spoke with a sales representative whose name is Lailani. She was nice, however I said multiple times I did not want to purchase a vehicle today , but I did want Information. Long story short i did not want her to run my credit she mentioned only a point would be deducted, to my surprise 28 points were deducted from my credit that day. I then told her 28 points were deducted I thought you said just one ,she responded by saying only one or two. Seriously!! my ten year old sister can do better then this. I don’t understand how someone can still lie to my face to get a sale out of me. She misinformed me and my credit was affected more. On top of the fact that I was already lied to and upset I leave to get an update on my vehicle, to find out they had just parked it and no service was done because it was not checked in. The service department showed lack of communication or were just lazy. Why would I pull into service for someone to just park my car this is not valet parking. This was seriously the worse experience here and we’ve been doing business with them for 5 years. As a client I am disappointed in both departments. I think management needs to retrain these people on customer service skills. I went back and spoke with Rafael from the finance department who I should have gone to since the beginning. Maybe he can train them to have better customer service skills. I have never done a bad review but this was beyond, my day could not have ended worse. This team needs to get it together.

Don’t go here if you want warranty repair work done, they won’t do anything under warranty and try to blame it on something that has nothing to do with the issue. I took my car (like new 23 Mazda 3 turbo premium plus sedan with less than 10k miles) for its oil change and a rattle I’m hearing from the trunk rod bar. I even sent them videos and photos of where the rattle is coming from. They claimed it was my rear window that was causing the rattling. They said “a lot of tint shops use different methods into applying the tint so we would have to charge $250 to diagnose this issue as it is not a factory defect”. How is this not a factory concern and how does it make any sense that tint (which I was watching the tint shop applying the tint) caused this issue in this specific area and not any of the other windows? I found the issue myself and trying to seal up the rattle (the tint had nothing to do with it). Now I have to take it to another dealer and possibly get corporate involved because of these jerks that refused to admit to not want to do warranty work. I doubt they even did the oil change. Don’t go here for any repairs or maintenance.
