View on GoogleI brought in my 2017 Ford Fusion Energi two weeks ago for a diagnostic, it ended up taking a week to get an answer for what’s wrong and another week for them to actually do the repairs (so they claimed, at least). Now they tell me they found more issues which means they need to order more parts which means I likely won’t have my car to visit my family by Xmas. I need this vehicle for work so I’ve had to deal with not working for the time I was getting a diagnostic and the costs of an extended rental for the time supposedly spent repairing the vehicle. I’ve just been strung along this whole time with nothing to show for it except an exorbitant bill and little income to make up for it due to their poor communication and efficiency.
View on GoogleTook my 2023 bronco wildtrack with only 14,000 miles, basically no codes no service. My truck loses power randomly while driving, I’m suspecting transmission issues as there are other people with this same issue. Also both rear window keep getting stuck! All they did was reboot and reprogram which I told them it doesn’t work cus I’ve taken it to other dealers and did the same process. They said it should be fixed now and no it wasn’t, window got stuck couple days ago. I disputed I don’t feel safe driving the car, they said in shorts no code no service, and anything more is out of pocket! Ford relations also pretty much said sorry kick rocks 🤷🏽♂️ I have video of this window being stuck again , everything is time stamped
View on GoogleI’m soooo angry. Emma called me to do recall work on my car. I came to drop it off today bc my appt was at 7:15 tomorrow morning. The work was to be all done and I was to get my car back on the same day. I show up a day early to drop it off and then they tell me the car wouldn’t be ready til Monday. This is pathetic. I had a ride come for me and they changed what was said to me and bc I work on Monday I wasn’t able to leave the car. This waisted my time and my ride that showed up to bring me home! I’m so angry at what happened. I would have never scheduled this on Saturday if I knew I wouldn’t be getting my car back on the same day. They lied to me. I hate being lied to
