This is my second time leasing a car with Volkswagen Cerritos, and once again I had a great experience. Although Alex was no longer there, I had the pleasure of working with Jimmy, who was absolutely amazing. He was informative, patient, and very helpful throughout the entire process. Jimmy went above and beyond to locate the car I wanted. I truly appreciated his patience with all of my questions and the excellent customer service he provided from start to finish. Also, shoutout to Shannon in the finance department for being so pleasant and kind. I also met Robert during my visit, and he was great as well. Overall, the entire team made the experience smooth and enjoyable. Once again Thank you Jimmy!

First time taking my new to me Tiguan for its 10k maintenance. Spencer Allison was my service provider and he was great! Went above and beyond my needs and the guys in the back did great looking over my car to make sure everything is where it should be at this stage in life. First time VW owner and enjoying the ride so far. From the moment I checked in I hardly had to wait as I had an appointment. Spencer took me in and sat me down right away. Went over the paperwork. Everybody was super kind and patient with me. Helped me clear out my car and even put a yogurt that I had in the refrigerator so that it wouldn't go bad! Who does that? That was so nice! Thank you Spencer for being 100% kind, helpful. Knowledgeable! I will definitely come back again. The job was done in a timely fashion and I am very happy with the results. Thank you so much!

Tyler and the team all were AMAZING, they knew what was needed to fix the issue with my vehicle. I was given a customer courtesy vehicle so o could get to work and back. The team did fantastic! Appointment quick and easy to make. Service writer brought out the shop manager to advise on the issue as it was a specific fault error happening. Thoroughly checked the vehicle maintenance with a video sent by text message of the issue fluid/air top offs and resolution straight from the shop. VERY COOL. Same day turn around for the repair in my case 💪🏼. If you own a VW/Volvo definitely in good hands at McKenna Cerritos! Thank you 🙏🏼
