My wife and I purchased a Lexus RX 350 back in December of 2025 and brought our vehicle in yesterday (invoice #591361) for our first routine maintenance. It was our first time using the service department and were greeted by Mrs. Lara Nielsen. She politely introduced herself and promptly explained who she was and what she was there for. I handed over the key to her as she continued gathering vehicle information and asked me politely to have a seat in her office. She promptly came in and began assessing my vehicle needs and taking the time to explain fully the process, time, and what my vehicle needed. She also noticed it was my first time at the service department and explained and gave me a few options as to what to do while I waited. I opted to use my own transportation and headed back home. Throughout the day she made sure I was updated at every step to ensure quality and promptness. I rarely leave reviews to upper management but this experience deserves to be self-noted as an exemplary employee who takes pride, fully understands the goals of the company, and is doing her job with professionalism, kindness, and promptness. I am beyond impressed with her service and her ability to assist customer needs and demands.
