I had a 7:30am appointment. I waited in the lobby watching groups of people come, get their cars fixed, and leave, assuming my car was also being worked on. 1:30pm I asked for an update on my situation and I was told they would know more within the hour. 2:30pm I ask for an update again. I was told that ten minutes before, 2:20pm, they started working on my issue. I told them I had been there since 7:00am and the guy next to me actually busted out laughing and said he felt sorry for me. They ran diagnostics on my car. They didn't find the issue I've been having. I wasted my day waiting in a lobby eating complimentary gold fish for a 10 minute diagnostic check. They didn't give me my car back until after 3:00pm A 7:30am appointment for a diagnostic check and I left at 3:00pm

I have had the pleasure of having Tony Fears as the service advisor for my mother’s car for several years. Tony has always been courteous and honest with the repairs needed for my mom’s vehicle. Now that I own a Nissan I was getting service at another Nissan location. In comparison to my experience with Tony the other location was unfortunately a much different experience, an experience that impacted the trustworthiness of service advisor at the other Nissan location. But today, I return to Cerritos Nissan with the confidence to know that Tony will be honest with the needs of my repair and handle my case with class and professionalism. I’m glad I can come to a Nissan repair location I can trust.

View on GoogleWe took the NV200 because someone stolen catalytic converter from the van 🤔🤷🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️ so this our main dealership since we purchased here last year 2021😉😎 this place did a very good job, the service was totally awesome 🤩 as soon the insurance company paid everything, service center called me that the van was done, I was like that wasn't bad, because we expected so much time waiting for the NV to be done... Honestly this totally a new level 🤔😉🥰 of service, don't remember the name of the guy was in charge, just we're really thankfully in general about the good job,for everything,all the hard work, doesn't matter how much wasn't,it matters the hard effort, once again thanks so much 😎🙏🏻🚐

I got the perfect car that fit my new growing family and she gave me great advice as well as information on all cars I was interested in. She made sure that I test drove all the cars I looked at and made sure that they had all features I was seeking. She got an estimate on my car and put it towards my down payment as well. She was over all amazing to have there to help me as well as Vynz, he said a prayer over my new car, me, and my baby on the way. Love the staff !
