Nancy jumped right in, made the whole process easy, and took care of the warranty issue without any hassle. Super friendly, super helpful, and clearly knows her stuff. Big thanks as well to Eddie, the technician who worked on my vehicle. He was extremely communicative, took detailed notes about the error code I’d been experiencing, and got the issue resolved. Really appreciated how thorough he was. As someone switching over from Lexus and Ford..I wasn’t sure what to expect..but Nancy, Eddie, and the whole team absolutely delivered. View on GoogleEduardo was great and very patient with me. When an issue became apparent when I picked up my vehicle, I received great advice from Pepe and Eduardo quickly sought a solution. Unfortunately, the solution required me to wait at least one hour and I couldn't afford to wait as I had to be elsewhere soon. No problem. He set me up with a loaner vehicle and sent me on my way. When I later picked up my car, the issue had been resolved to my satisfaction. Cerritos Infiniti always takes great care of me, and more importantly, of my 13 year old G37.
