I have a wonderful experience with Toyota of Surprise when I took in my Avalon for recall repair. Alex was excellent and efficient. He texted and called for updates in timely manner during the repair which gave me peace of mind. Thank you for a job well-done.
View on GoogleImpeccable service from 1st contact to delivery of service car. The service Mr. Paul Watz presented was what every service advisor should model themselves of. My only interaction with the mechanic who I briefly spoke with was informative and professional. I did not catch his name ( not for lack of introduction, attention on my part was not very noticing ) was set to go home and took time to explain the situation I was up against. I felt like this is a place I would send my family and friends for service. All star team. You as a company should be grateful for employees I had contact with.

Preparing for summer, I had both my 2011 Prius and 2018 Highlander serviced for oil change and AC check. The team not only serviced my vehicles, they sent me videos of them checking tire, and brakes, tires wear and tear. Very professional and friendly.

They overcharged me by several hundred dollars compared to what similar services typically cost at other reputable Toyota dealers in the Phoenix area. I should have called others at the time to double check, but I didn’t think I needed to do that. The only reason I found this out was because I had other items that were quoted, so I contacted another Toyota dealership and ask what the exact service would cost and it was hundreds cheaper. You got me! 👏🏾
