All Valley Car Care is hands down one of the best auto shops around. The staff is absolutely excellent professional, friendly, and genuinely caring. From the moment you walk in, you feel like you’re dealing with people who truly value their customers. What really stands out is the trust factor. It’s not easy to find a mechanic you can fully trust, but these guys explain everything clearly and honestly. They never try to upsell you or push repairs that aren’t needed. That kind of integrity is rare and very appreciated. On top of that, their prices are great and fair. You get high-quality work without feeling like you overpaid. All Valley Car Care took phenomenal care of us when we needed them! AC was not cooling at idle and at acceleration from a complete stop our engine was making an awful noise. A very close friend highly recommended all Valley Car Care. They very quickly diagnosed a leaking AC line and a bad motor mount. They were priced fairly and honestly and got it done quickly! They were very professional, friendly and personable.

Very disappointing service. If you own a European/German vehicle such as a Mercedes, I would strongly recommend seeking a specialized service provider. I took my daughter’s 2018 Mercedes GLS 350 (low mileage) to this shop due to a coolant warning. During the first visit, they advised replacing the coolant tank, which cost nearly $900. A few days later, the same issue reappeared. They then recommended replacing a filter for an additional ~$800. Despite proceeding with both repairs, the problem worsened within two days—the engine temperature started rising to critical levels. I even shared a video demonstrating the issue. They later informed me that the fan had been replaced and that the car should be fine. However, after keeping the car for several more days, they stated they could not reproduce the issue. When I pointed out the video evidence, I was advised not to drive the car far and to bring it back if the issue occurred again. At that point, I had lost confidence in the diagnosis and repairs. Ultimately, I decided to sell the car due to the unresolved issues and lack of accountability, despite the significant amount spent. I will be sharing my experience on other forums as well, so others—especially owners of vehicles that require specialized expertise—can make informed decisions.

Easy to schedule appointment online. Went in for regular maintenance/oil change ended up having to replace my serpentine belt. They were reasonably priced and very good customer service would highly recommend. Did not try to upsell me on replacing other things that aren’t needed right away, just told me what was urgent. Which was much appreciated.

I went to these guys for a couple of reasons. (1) They already came highly recommended by a friend of line and (2) the local AAA Repair Shop was pretty dishonest with me in my dealings with them so I took my business elsewhere. All Valley not only pinpointed the issue but fixed it with a smile and honest work. I think that’s all we as consumers ask for. Honesty and not being taken advantage of. I will take any and all of my future service needs to All Valley. Plus, they periodically send texts to see if my vehicle is still doing ok. They are the epitome of customer service.
