Services done for a 2022 Highlander: Fluids changed- transmission, differential, brakes and radiator. New back shocks, spark plugs replaced and fuel system cleaned. Selling points for me: 1. Price: did my due diligence comparing with dealerships and other shops. 2. Cleanliness of the work bays: they reflect attention to details. 3. Atmosphere of customer waiting area: God and Country theme…Honoring our Creator and country gets my money. 4. Front desk personnel: they answered every question and made sure I understood. Would highly recommend Thunderbird Automotive.
