Waited in the office for 10 minutes and had to call the store IN THE OFFICE just to get someone to help me. The office is GROSS. Those couches are in 5 year old pictures, and they are black and nasty. You can’t even sit while waiting, I actually sat down in another store to wait since my partner and I were not going to sit on those couches. Baby oil next to a dirty microwave? What is that about lol? The welds on the catalytic converter they put on were really low quality considering it’s what there specifically suppose to be good at doing. There’s no room to park, drive, or turn. There’s vehicles everywhere making a 1 lane no u turn entrance to the back. They have no insurance for anyone in their shop yet they have me drive my own car on their lift? It’s dirty, the workers there smelled and was really unprofessional. Maybe if the work was exceptional I would balance out the review but the work wasn’t good enough to make the other bad things like the office make up for the place. I wouldn’t ever return here. Sure it may be a little cheaper because they don’t pay taxes, but just remember if you’re paying cheaper your job will be cheaper too! Go to performance muffler, it’s a lot better than here. The owners here don’t even have the energy to sweep and put some chairs in the office, so why would they care about your car!? Stay away!

Other shops around needed appointments, wanted the car for hours, and wanted to charge well over $100. I pulled up here, told them what I was looking for and 20 minutes later I was driving away with my new exhaust tips on. Appreciated the no-nonsense approach and speed with which I was taken care of
