📢‼️This is a business with a hard working, honest, tight crew that takes care of their customer! Thank you, Jack and Addison for working so hard on replacing all 4 tires with awesome Goodyear Eagle F1 "comfort tires", balancing the tires, aligning them, and also checking the spare for proper inflation. In my wildest dreams I never thought I'd ever be able to turn the volume down on my radio while driving my 2018 Nissan Rogue Sport SV AWD!! The owner of the shop, Curtis was awesome. I went in initially because my dealership told me my shocks and struts should be replaced in the next 6 months at acost of about $2200 and that by Fall I would need new tires at roughly $1200. I was prepared for new tires as they were originally with the car 😯. Luckily, I received an ad in the mail for Curtis' Goodyear shop so took the car over for a free look over after discussing with him what the dealer said. Curtis took it out for a test drive and looked at the car. He then honestly told me that with only 29,700 miles my shocks and struts were just fine and should last another 50,000 miles 😃. They rode just fine, etc. What he did say was the level of road noise I was experiencing was high. He said with a "comfort tire", I could turn radio volume so down as the tire causes less friction, thus minimizing the outsude road noise. He called Goodyear to see if it was made in the size I needed and it was. I have to be honest, the cost of each tires was $239.99. I had gotten a prior estimate at another shop for tires from a company that werent comfort tires, yet the cost was similar, I went for the comfort of having so much less noise in the car while driving!! I walked out knowing I now have a car shop that I can trust my car to who will tell me the truth about what is needed, that there are 3 talented, honest, and helpful guys who will work to give my car only what it needs, that I saved $2200 by not needing shocks and struts, and that I now have what I needed for the car, "comfort tires - Eagle F1's". I also have a place to go when I need air checks, need my tires rotated and the tire balancing checked. Took my car into Surprise Goodyear and honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, everything was smooth and stress-free. Big shoutout to Curtis — his communication was on point the whole time. He kept me in the loop, explained everything clearly, and never left me wondering what was going on with my car. You just never really know where you're going to get great customer service at. The folks at surprise good to your car care legit treated us like family. That was a wonderful feeling!

Curtis and Jack went above and beyond on getting my car running better and looking nicer. Even sent me a video of what was causing the sounds I was hearing and was able to correct that. The ride is much smoother and quieter now which I appreciate. I can say that my car is better now than when I took it in. Thank you.

I’ve been having trouble with my car for months, took it to two other mechanics before this. FINALLY got it into this shop and they figured it out, plus they charged me less than the other shops did to actually fix the problem. Definitely will be coming here first next time.
