From the beginning I immediately noticed the professionalism and how wonderful their communication was. Throughout my car inspection to the services, I was updated via email (the report) and a phone call. I do not understand too much about cars and I ask a lot of questions and they were answered with honesty, kindness and patience. I am incredibly grateful that we came to Sun Devil. Prices were fair and customer service was some of the best we have ever received.

I recently had our family van serviced at Sun Devil Auto and I could not be happier! Kenny was extremely helpful! I was given a quote over the phone and a same day appointment. The staff was able to work quickly to get our AC blowing icy cold air, just in time for the hottest part of the year! This was my first time visiting this shop and would highly recommend!

Found both tires like this and was leaving for a trip. Mathew, Sam and Gerson ordered my performance tires And install installed and plenty of time for my trip. Since my car was lowered and needed special camber bars and a low Alignment rack. I had the alignment done at their location in surprise. Very friendly and really cared about my needs. Since I just moved here from California, I’ve decided that this will be my go to auto repair facilities Great job gentlemen

My first visit to Sun Devil Auto left me with a genuinely satisfying experience, and much of that credit goes to their Manager, Valentin, whose communication was professional, courteous, and refreshingly transparent. He took the time to explain things clearly — a quality that matters greatly to a new customer still finding their footing in a new city. As this was my very first visit, it would be premature to offer a definitive assessment of their mechanical workmanship — that kind of trust is earned over time and repeated experience. However, the initial impressions are encouraging. Should their technicians consistently demonstrate the skill, reliability, and integrity that their front-of-house communication promises, I have every intention of making Sun Devil Auto my go-to shop — and becoming a loyal, frequent customer for the long haul. Took my truck in for an oil change. Asked them to look it over and tell me what else it may need. I expected the typical mechanics oversell with a laundry list of items that needed attention. They didn't recommend any additional service. The prices are reasonable, the staff friendly and the work was done quick. Highly recommend!
