So impressed with the service at this S&S location! I was referred by two family members who have been there before, and I was not disappointed. Very kind, quick, and courteous. Quoted me prices on tires and the prices look competitive - gave me multiple options with those quotes, tailored to my individual needs. And did not try to pressure me into buying now. Patched my tire plus fixed another unrelated issue. I am pleased and will not only recommend them but also plan to return! In particular, thanks to Brad Slagle, for making me feel welcome and being so pleasant in every possible way. Nice to see somewhere that actually knows what quality looks like and still provides true customer service!

The manager Ken and his team are absolutely amazing! Came in today with a big puncture in my truck tire and they had me patched, plug and back on the road in 15 mins. The master mechanic Robert is very knowledgeable and does not give me false information just to make a dollar. This is the only place I will bring my vehicles because of the professionalism, craftsmanship, and great customer service every employee has shown me. Keep up the great work Ken and crew, I'll be sending more business your way! Thanks!!

You hear stories how some shops take advantage of those who don’t know any better and I could’ve very well been one. However, I had the best experience ever, even the wait wasn’t too bad. It’s a great shop, great people and excellent service. Thanks to Joel for coming out to tell me my bill would be about $200 cheaper than originally quoted and thank you Jeff for your great customer service. I had a blowout on a Friday late afternoon close to their closing hours but Brad was so nice and understanding that he waited after hours for my car to be towed there so that he could get all the required information and have the warehouse in Phoenix pull the tire I needed and have it delivered first thing Saturday morning. He stayed in touch with me to keep me updated and my car was ready when promised. I would absolutely recommend this business to anyone. Awesome service and very friendly.
